I ruined my car trying to get to work during the flood this summer so I needed a vehicle and was saving up for a beater to get me through the winter. One day after work I thought to myself,my credit is not exactly stellar, but why not walk into the local ford dealership and see what happens.Well, am I ever glad I did! I first met Gordon out on the lot while I was checking out the awesome selection of vehicles. He had just returned from a test drive with a young couple and after he said goodbye to them, he turned to me and my buying experience began.Gordon was extremely friendly (I know, a friendly car salesman... no kidding) and helpful during the entire time. He has an excellent knowledge and understanding of the product that he sells and answered all my many questions with confidence and aplomb. Also I would like to thank sarah the financing magician! As I said my credit is not great, but sarah really went to bat for me and came up with a payment plan I could handle. Thank you so much to her! I am now proudly cruising down the road in my brand new head turning FORD F-150 with the premium sound system blaring my favourite tunes! It really is an awesome ride! Thanks again to Gordon and Sarah for a very enjoyable experience. I would recommend Capital Motors to anyone seeking a positive, comfortable and enriching vehicle buying transaction!

This dealership gave me the most incredible service. I live in Strathmore Alberta and this dealership after one phone call to them acquired a truck that I wanted with all the specs I wanted within hours and the truck was delivered to me within two days of the deal being complete. Everything was done over the phone and papers were signed in person when the truck was delivered. I have purchased many vehicles and I have never experienced such incredible service like this before with a dealership. This dealership has my business for the future. I am still waiting for a call back after a week from Strathmore Ford. Very disappointing with the local dealership. A very big thanks to Shane Robb from the dealership and a big thanks to Sarah in the credit department at the dealership.

Gordon Grant is nothing short of a legend. I was in contact with him for 8 weeks as I transitioned here to Dawson Creek and was left with nothing short of amazing customer service. Mr. Grant was patient, very useful and resourceful, and made purchasing my 2013 Ford Escape easy. I am not rating this 5 star because of a few things with my used Ford Escape that needs attention after I have bought it, along with the time it is taking for the dealership to repair these minor inconveniences. All in all, I strongly recommend Capital Motors, and I highly recommend the service of Mr. Gordon Grant.

Bought a used 2011 force escape good service. Battery died before a month wasnt covered little pricey on the install but peace if mind with new battery. Rear window had damage to heating strips that wasnt mentioned in sale but not a total bind though. Windshield was install when bought wasnt sealed correctly or seal failed and water drained in during big rains, fixed it without question Bo charge. Car runs very well and no mechanical issues. Still with the issues I had was treated nicely and why I still Give 5 stars.

The staff and service here was above and beyond anything I could have expected. My vehicle was brought in and looked at right away, was repaired very timely and zero concerns afterward. The staff at the service department were amazing. They kept me updated on the timeline, which they were true too till the repairs were completed, and genuinely helped in anyway they could. Any future work on my vehicle will be done here and my next truck will be bought from them.

I needed a oil change while I was on vacation. I received top notch service from a very pleasant gentleman!!! The oil change was done on the scheduled time with very little wait time for the oil change to be completed. If I am in the area again, I will definitely go there again if needed!!! Very good service. Staff was very courteous and helpful. My truck was checked over thoroughly and the recommended repairs were done in a timely manner. Another repair was necessary after the truck was road tested. The part was in stock and the technician installed it quickly and professionally. I would recommend Capital Motors to others.

I give capital motors five stars cause I was visiting family and my car started acting weird. They got me in pretty quick. When it was all done my deck must have glitched out. They didnt even hesitate. They brought it back in and got it to work. Sales reps were not pushy either
