Very unhappy with my experience at Penticton Collison my husband had an accident in my car last Sept, he rear ended. The car just hasnt been the same since , I had some concerning issues after wards a/c not working squeaking in my wheels and my bumper was flapping on the hwy. I came back to the shop to address my issues and was brushed off saying I must have hit a curb and needed to make another claim! which is ridiculous because I hadnt. I also did not have proper precautions addressed, structure of my car and allinement which I believe to be a safety issue. They went ahead on work before discussing with me as well.  So unhappy I wish Id have waited and gone to boyd!!! Save yourself a world of trouble please!

Dont do it! We had no choice, insurance company picked them. They said they would call to let us know about the options for fixing our car, a week later they called and said it was done, no discussion. >$10K and they didnt even wash the car (bird crap on the hood and mirror, right beside the replaced surface), the coffee spilled in the accident was still all over the seats. This is not service, this is an insurance cash grab....
