Brought my moterhome here to have the exhaust gaskets replaced. It was there for a total of 19 minutes and when I got it back the brakes were very spongy (just had the cylinders, lines, and calipers done less than 6 months prior) and the brake light was on. They allowed me to drive home 15 minutes away with barely any brakes!!! And they never did the gaskets and told me it needed a new motor. Little do they know my hubby is a licensed heavy duty mechanic and will ne having some serious words with this shop. Will never take anything there again.

Fair pricing and quality work, what more can you ask for? In an industry filled with people trying to tell you that you there are a 100 things wrong with your vehicle that need replacing/fixing to take advantage of people that dont know any better, its nice to have someone give you honest feedback as to whether something actually needs work or not. These guys wont try to gouge their customers. It is this kind of honesty that keeps me coming back. I wont take my vehicle anywhere else in town.

After have a muffler installed at Minute Muffler inPenticton my vehicle caught fire! To make it worse they refuse to even pay for the damages. The owner John is trying his very best to run this business into the ground. I would not suggest anyone patronize this establishment.
