Highly recommend this Midas! Jean-Francois and his team are the best in the business! UPDATE: August 9, 2016: Just brought my 1999 F-150 in for its 325,000km service. Awesome service as usual. Jean-Francois was his usual fast, friendly, informative self, and Henry took me back to my vehicle once he had the wheels off to show me some brake work will be needed in the near future. Professional and courteous service all-round! Still highly recommend this location for all your vehicle needs. UPDATE:. Nov 2, 2016: Felicity (what the "F" stands for in F-150) just had another oil change (335,000km) with Jean-Francios and his team. Professional service at a fair price!

We ran into car trouble on the way from Vancouver. Lost brake power and I called Midas to set up an appointment for the next morning. We managed to get the last one for the weekend! When we arrived, they had all the paperwork ready and visible for me to see what they would be testing, breakdown for costs and assured me they would not do any work until they completed diagnosis. These guys are amazing, they are quick, efficient and very fairly priced. We drove home to Vancouver feeling very safe with our new brakes and rotors. You cant put a price on piece of mind! The whole team at Midas are absolutely awesome. Car issues can be very stressful and it is great to deal with a company that prides themselves on the integrity of their business and the service they provide! I highly recommend! Absolute failure. They tried to bill me for services they couldnt complete (driver side door lock removal), and in the process of failing to complete the job they busted a speaker side panel in my car and messed up my door handle. When brought to their attention, there was no apology, no attempt to fix. The only thing they told me was "Have a nice day". Extremely unhappy. Do not recommend them.

Everyone working there was very helpful. They were polite, courteous and patient. I had a lot of work to get done and they answered all of my questions thoroughly to make sure I was pleased with the results. They also researched different parts for me and recommended several options to suit my personal needs. Overall they went above and beyond. I left very satisfied.

Ive been getting oil changes a winter to summer tire change out here for a couple of years. Recently I needed a brake job and I checked around out of curiosity. When you dont know anything about cars, you want to feel that you are getting a good job at a fair price. Yes to both and friendly customer service too

Paid $200 for exhaust gasket replacement in December/16, took back in February because exhaust leak came from new Gaskets. Ive had an exhaust leak again!, from the same gasket they apparently fixed. Took it somewhere else for a thorough repair. I wouldnt recommend this shop.
