Hi there, I just want to let you know that as of today I will never return to any of your locations not will I ever recommend your stores to anyone ever, I am from out of town, I have a new vehicle (to me), and I am a woman.....I however I am pretty vehicle savvy and probably would have done my own oil but was not at home.....the man helping me showed me my transmission fluid....it was black! I got a bit nervous but was told many years ago to never have the fluid flushed so I didnt.....I did go back to where I was staying and check it for myself.......does this picture look black to you?! Nope not at all! Its sickening to me that these guys are allowed to get away with this! Thank you for the oil change and car wash but I will never be back!

At the Penticton location today - Randy and Taylor hit it out of the park! I pulled in at 10:22 am, had a 5 minute wait while they finished helping the customer in front of me and I was leaving by 10:41 am ... Outstanding service, quick, informative, super friendly and very courteous. Randy explained why the air filter needed changing and then showed me ... yuck ... dust and pollen and weeds oh my! He also suggested a couple of other services I should think about for next time. Both of these guys were excellent! Thanks for doing such a great job and getting me on my way quickly! I value great service and will definitely recommend you guys to friends and family.

CHRIS was amazing & so helpful & so friendly! I needed the oil changed on my Hyandai & I thought the transmission flush was due but Chris said that I didnt need it yet! I really appreciated his honesty! I got it done anyway, my decision! Chris mentioned some things that will need doing in the future but nothing pressing & that my car is in good shape! Chris told me everything he checked & did it all in good time without rushing! Thank you so much Chris! Weve have been dealing with your shop for many years & will continue to do so! Review about the car wash- So it seems a simple request to have a car washed. Cheapest car wash is $10, which listed an undercarriage wash- which is what I wanted. Lots of water pressure, but seriously its a 2 min wash. for all the pressure on the top I didnt feel anything underneath, what "undercarriage" are we talking about? so $10 later - bugs off windsheild? No - grime from the rain last week cleaned - No -spotless finish - No - undercarriage Clean - no. If you want a quick wash, fine, but $0.40 in water hardly justifies the $10

paid 340$ for rad and coolant flush. the next day my cars leaking coolant and over heating. 2nd time my cars had problems right after being serviced with great canadian. will never waste my money with them again. went to chamber of commerce and made a report with BBB. my car was in good running condition when i brought it there. employee tried to sell me off with a bottle of sealer lol. he cut me a cheq for the coolant flush but wouldnt pay to get my cars rad replaced after they admitted it was there fault. lost 3 days of work and still had to pay 275$ out of my pocket to get my car fixed. what a joke.

I visited the Penticton location for the first time today and was very impressed with the service. I didnt need an oil change today but had a bulb out for my blinker switch and brakes. I was only there for 5 minutes, price was very reasonable, served coffee and offered a discounted car wash. Barry was amazing and friendly with a great smile!!!! For sure going back for an oil change when needed.

Randy was excellent in doing the oil change and on upsell of products. However, after going through the car wash I noticed the vehicle wasnt as clean as Id like it to be or as good as other places who offer same service in Penticton. When I brought it up with the manager he was rude and said I need to hand wash it more often. I wont be back because of that comment. I wash it plenty in between.

Went to get a simple oil change and was told my transmission fluid was almost done, was shown what looks like old oil, and told I needed a $200 flush. Pretty weird considering I just got the car inspected 2 months prior. So I took it to my local trusted mechanic that day and was told by him that my fluid was clear and red like it should be. Seems like a con to me.

Really friendly and informative staff. They caught my transmission leaking and fixed it all up. They only offer services when you really need them and never up sell you. I trust these guys and would highly recommend them! Never had a bad experience and I always feel good driving away knowing that all my vehicles fluids etc are clean and topped up!

I checked after I got home and discovered the grease nipples were dirty and obviously had not had any grease. This greasing is supposed to be part of their service and your steering components will fail or wear out quicker if they are not greased. Do not take your vehicle in unless you are prepared to check it after.

Excellent service and info. We visited with an older vehicle that had sat awhile and they were nonjudgemental and helped prioritize repairs within budget. Knowledgable and friendly. They went above and beyond cleaning coolant overflow container even. This will be our new stop for regular maitenance.

Chris, Chris and Russell were fantastic. They pointed out things that needed changing now and things that could wait till next oil change. They werent pushy. They were very knowledgeable. My wife and I have been using GCOC for years as will for more to come. Thank you very much and kudos to the boys.

Had transmission flush done there. Price was right but I would like to have been offered to go and see the tech pull the old oil sample directly from the vehicle. Instead they just bring over a dirty sample and say it was pulled from my car. Was it....no way of knowing.
