I bought a pair of speakers and amplifier from Vision Electronics at North Vancouver BC store on Saturday October/17/2015 at 13:30 pm. I opened the boxed in the evening and found out both speakers are damaged and scratched. It was late to return because store close at 6 Pm. My wife took the speakers to store at 11 am on Sunday October/18/2015 around noon and they said you damaged and scratched both speakers and we are not able to exchange or return it. I went to store Tuesday October 20 to talk to the general manager (CJ Volley)and he told me you damaged the speakers and I told him how can I scratch both speakers in 24 hours and this is a used item that you are selling to customer as brand new. when I got home and checked the box, I found they Re-sealed the box and made like a brand new. I searched and found out lots of consumer had this kind of problem (selling used items as a brand new). I paid 785 Canadian dollars and money is NOT important. The most important things is, They are breaking trust in business and i am opening a file in Office Of Consumer Affairs and BC Consumer Protection to Stop them from repeating this.

Sebastian the manager was rude to me an my father. Unprofessional, looking at his phone instead of going out of his way to help us. He was outnumbered by his staffs opinion about the possibility of hooking up a laptop to a plasma TV. Sebastian was very sure hooking the two up would burn the screen of the plasma TV. His staff said it would not burn it. Sebastian just wanted my father to upgrade his TV. I went to future shop and the staff said it would not burn the TV. I asked on Facebook some friends and they said I just need an Hdmi connector. Sebastian was even rude about it. It is obvious he is under pressure to increase his sales in his department and went about it the wrong way. Lack of people skills. The salespeople Ali, and Hooman were super nice, friendly and good with people. Too bad we made our purchase somewhere else because of their rude management.

I requested a quote from this store and have been ignored. Then I decided to stop by the store to check the price and ask some questions related to the product. The salesman was extremely lazy, couldnt answer any single questions and didnt care at all by the way he was talking. I felt like hes doing me a favor by checking the prices. I was standing next to the guy, therefore I could see the spreadsheet with all the pricing on it. There was a column Min sale price and Sale price. The Min Sale price was 40 to 60% lower then the product Sale price. Same for product accessories and additional components. When I asked salesman if I can get any discount in case if I buy a package and pay for in-store install he didnt offer ANY discount. After the store visit I wasnt surprised that I get no quote from them.

Brought bluetooth earbuds purchased a week ago to store as they paired only once on initial set up with very poor quality sound, then failed to pair afterwards. Salesman who sold me the set first asked me how I would know quality was poor if set did not pair and then reminded me that I did not want to pay much. When I asked to exchange for a better brand (Skull Candy), they didnt carry any and offered only from the very limited selection they carried. They refused to give store credit. I donated the defective earbuds back to them rather than prolong dealings with them. They should hire better staff and carry better products. If they wont stand behind a product they sell, no matter how cheap, they shouldnt sell it.

I came into Visions before going travelling because I wanted a cell phone with a better camera. I was dreading having to spend hundreds of dollars before my already expensive trip on an expensive phone. However, cell phone department manager Reg was like a cell phone matchmaker! He suggested to me the LG G3 because it was gonna be 0$ with my plan and has a great camera. I now love my G3. Also Visions always has special deals and promotions going on, so I also got a 50$ gift card with my purchase which allowed me to buy an Otter Box as well! Very refreshing to encounter staff who actually know the products they are selling inside and out.

Great staff but stay clear the manager. I was looking for something very specific part (I wont bore you with the details). The manager said they dont carry those parts. One of his floor staff asked another member of the staff and they did in fact have those parts, and provided them to me, at no cost. Great customer service. I returned the parts the next day because they werent the exact right size. The manager was the first person I saw so I handed the parts back to him. Not a thank-you, not a see you again soon. I could have just kept them but instead I took the time and effort to return them.

Wanted to purchase an advertised sale car stereo deck. Was offered a crappy used deck instead. When I insisted on the item I originally had planned to buy, the sales "expert" returned with a different deck again. He told me hed give me a "good price" on it because they didnt have the one I wanted in stock. Why display and advertise something you dont have? Poor business model. Upon paying for the deck I was overcharged as well and had to correct the cashier. Terrible service all around. Good luck if youre planning to make a big purchase there.

Terrible return policy, even worse service. Will never set foot in this store again and I recommend you do they same. Tried to return a defective product, manager said he remembered that "I insisted on getting the cheapest Bluetooth headset", didnt realize I needed to specify it should work too. They then said they would exchange it for another Bluetooth headset, but had such a limited supply that they didnt have any in a reasonable price range and refused to give store credit. 10/10 would not recommend.

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Note phone from Vision and the service was excellent. One-on--one attention, patient and helpful staff set up the new phone for me and walked me through the key steps to get started. They also said they would be there for me should I have additional questions, which gave me peace of mind. I got a great deal on a package as well, including earphones & deluxe cover. Thanks to Max, Ali and CJ! Ill definitely use them for my future electronicy and TV-ish needs. :)

I wanted a type C USB charger for my phone that supports rapid charging, Visions sells the wall charger for $35 and I would have to buy the cable separately for another $30. So thats $65 for a phone charger. Checked amazon and found a type C USB charger with included cable for $28 with free shipping. Thats less than half the price of what Visions will sell it for... I guess Ill be taking my business to Amazon instead then.

Always have great deals and awesome service. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful . I Bought a reciver and the extended warranty after a year the reciver started making a loud buzz. I took it into visions where they were very helpful and sent it off for warranty for me. Got it back working like day one. I did have to follow up but overall a great experience.
