This place is a joke. I took my $65k vehicle with less than 40k for a $1500 icbc claim. When got it back the door was chocolate brown and not black. The windo mechanism which was initially fine clunked and the glass fell out of the track. After taking it back 3 times the last time the truck was covered in overspray all over the truck so bad the roof was whiteish colored. To the day i sold the vehicle i would still find overspray in the chrome grill and on the wheels. The manager tried to tell me it was allready there which was such BS it made me angry enough to call ICBC and refuse to take it back there for the fourth time. With much debate they allowed me to take it some where else to fix all the problems they created. ( I figured 3 times of complete incompetence was enough chances for a $1500 ) when i traded the car in 2 years later the dealer asked me if there were any claims over $2500 which i replied no. When he checked it said there was a $3500 claim on it which turned out to be icbc paying Richmond autobody for the incomplete original claim and the other $2000 paid out to the other autobody shop that fixed all there f**k ups which also depreciated the value of my vehicle!!! These jokers won,t see my business again.

very happy with their service, the place is run professionally with things done in systems and printed documents for you to review like a big autobody shop does, yet they have the flexibility to accommodate your needs like a smaller place. I had to fix my passenger side fender a week before Xmas and had found the part myself online because its rare to find nowadays, and they are the only shop thats willing to do it quick and the price is good too. The other places ive taken my car to they either told me to come back after holidays or dont believe that the part i found would fit. Richmond autobody was able to get it done in time and buff up some scratches i had and the used part i brought in to make it looks like new.

I was looking to get my rims painted, but I wasnt sure how to go about it. I contacted Richmond auto body in north van and Peter D. said bring the truck in for an estimate. He looked over what needed to be done and suggested they would take the necessary steps to make them look sharp. They scour padded the surface to remove imperfections and then primed and painted them. Wow. Job well done guys.

Messy workmanship. Over spray on headlights and under hood in spite of the fact that they took off the front bumper!! Arrogance at the front counter from the unprofessional sloppy employees. The front counter experience was insight into their work. I feel bad that I did not heed my co-workers advice to avoid this place.

My car got broken into while I was on a hike and these guys did an amazing job replacing all the parts that were damaged or broken. They did a good job with clean-up too. Very professional - it was ready before they said it would be. Overall I was very happy and would go back again. Touch wood, I wont have to! :)

Came in for some minor body work, and the time between my initial email and my appointment was less than a couple hours. Service was excellent and the estimate was great and the actual cost came in significantly lower. (I didnt have a BMW and I wasnt going through ICBC)

Love your car? This is the best place to take it on the North Shore if not all of Metro Vancouver. They specialize in BMWS but did a perfect job on our non BMW. Service was fast and polite. Car was finished a day early and returned detailed inside and out. Thank you

My car was repaired there, but my stuffs in the car were lost. Due to the accident, I cannot open the door anymore and they are the only one can open it. However, they said they were not resposible for it. So becareful your belongings.
