I can not say enough good things about National Auto Sales and especially Bobby, who sold my car to me. Buying my first car at a different dealership made me very skeptical of car dealerships and car salespeople in general, as they care much more about making a sale than whats in the best interests of their customers. However, my experience at National completely defied my expectations of what its like to purchase a car. Here are three examples of what made my experience different: 1. No pressure - Bobby gave me as much time as I needed to inspect and test drive the vehicles I was interested in. At no time did I feel pressured to make a decision. 2. Didnt cut corners - after making my decision on a vehicle, the dealership put in brand new tires and brake components before I came to pick it up. 3. Going the extra mile - after leaving the dealership I noticed the cargo cover in my hatchback was missing. When I called Bobby he waited at the dealership 20 minutes after closing time so I could come get it. Overall I paid much less for my car then I would have elsewhere and the buying experience was much better. I definitely recommend them.

Horrible car rental experience. The vehicle rented was filthy and was not even cleaned. The front tire pressures were very low on air. While the rear tires were over inflated to 60psi. This is dangerous because in hot weather because the tires could blow out while driving. When the vehicle was returned near closing time, the employee, Sam, was agitated and rude. It appeared that he was trying to go home ASAP. He ended up overcharging us for gas at $2.40 per litre for a half of tank when the gas tank was 1/8 above half tank. I expressed my dissatisfaction with his rude and passive aggressive attitude and overcharged gas fee. He told me to "get of the here!" and that "we do not need your business!" This is after spending nearly $600 in car rental fees. He also stood in an aggressive stance that appeared to me that he was ready to fight or attack me. This was truly an unbelievable experience. Since I rent vehicles for business on a regular basis, I will surely not return to National anymore. 1⭐= 0 ⭐

With all the negative stigma around used car sales and their dodgy tactics, I was, like any male, skeptic at buying a used car from a place such as this. Let me tell you otherwise. I was greeted by Bobby with a soft tone and not the usual powerful and overwhelming character that Ive seen before and have always been warned about. Bobby gave me all the facts.. clear and concise. There was no preassure at all. Gave me and my wife the keys to test drive on our own and told us to take as much time as we needed. Something I have never experienced after buying 5 vehicles. When it came down to the price, Bobby gave us examples of todays market and had nothing to hide. He definetly gave us piece of mind when he went down on the sales price and even had new tires and new brakes put on our new purchased vehicle. This is something that spoke volumes of his honesty and good character. I will recommend National to anyone I know and I will absolutely use them again! Thanks Bobby! Ian/Cindy M Mazda 5

Excellent customer service and attention to detail. Bobby greeted me and made me feel welcome right away. He showed me the car I was interested in and let me test drive it by myself. He was very transparent on the maintenance and claims history and went above and beyond to address minor items the vehicle that I had not asked to have replaced; he paid attention to where I was focusing and took the initiative to address each question. He provided more information on the vehicle to help me make an informed decision. Bobby worked hard for the sale and it was really easy to work with him. I would not hesitate to positively recommend National Car & Truck Sales in North Vancouver and Bobby in particular. Thank you!

Just bought a suv a couple weeks ago from National in North Vancouver. I have no reservations in highly recommending Bobby and his team. We were treated very well and the service was outstanding. We were told up front how much wiggle room there was in the asking price so as to not mislead us. We had shopped around for a while and found that this store had their vehicles priced lower than other dealerships. Upon pick up we were pleased to receive a clean, well detailed vehicle. If you are in the market for a vehicle, I would highly recommend giving these guys a chance.

Just bought an SUV here, really liked the salesman Bobby- super friendly, honest, and a no-pressure scenario. He was very knowledgeable about the car, which you dont always get, and very open about the condition.
