The customer service I have received from Nathan is second to none; Gets the job done right and makes sure youre more than satisfied with the results! Working in the automotive industry, I know customer service when I see it, and Nathans customer service is outstanding! Not only am I personally happy with the service he has provided me with but every time I am there I see Nathan providing great customer service to every person who walks in those doors, While I was sitting in there a lady came in with a BMW and said she had a brake fluid light on, She said she needed Brake fluid and Nathan went and personally grabbed the correct dot 4 fluid to spec of the BMW and filled her brake fluid reservoir and then when the customer took out her wallet to pay, she was more than happy when she found out it was all taken care of fast, and free of charge! Every time I see him running left and right keeping everybody happy whether it is his technicians, in store customer or a customer on the phone! Great Job Nathan!

This is the 2nd time I have gone back to the Midas in NV. This time my belts were squealing from a previous job done by another garage so Nathan took my car in. He told me that the other garage that installed the belts had the right belts just put them in the wrong places. So he first offered that I could take it back to that other garage since they should be able to fix that for free. I told him "forget it" and got them to switch them around for me since they were still in perfect condition. I also had an oil change done. When I got my bill they did a courtesy check of all the important stuff including a battery test (battery is at half its life and I need a tire rotation next time). Excellent service and I trust these guys. Ill be back. Call and ask for Nathan, hes the assistant manager. You wont be disappointed.

Ive been going here for a few years. I trust them for all of my service needs on my Mini Cooper. Their team provides excellent customer service, and recommendations specific for your vehicle. I 100% recommend this Midas location. I was recommended brake pads at the appropriate time, I was warned my brake sensor would come on right away and they would need to be changed. I still waited, and then only two weeks later my brake sensor did come on and they needed to be replaced immediately. There isnt anything scammy about this place at all, regardless of what the other reviews say.

Ive been going to Midas for over 10 years and have had nothing but good service. Ive only dealt with Chris and Bobby, the managers, and they provide me with honest, logical and economic advice. Theyve always explained what the problem was and broken down the costs, not just spouted some ridiculous reason to shell out money. They even will bring you out to the car and show you. You can also be sure that if there are any errors made, that Chris will make it right. You cant get service like this anywhere, anymore.

The best and most honest! I had gotten the run around from a dealership and got my brakes done for half of what others quoted as I didnt actually need new routers as quoted by the dealership. They also fixed a gasket loud chirp after having the dealership further overcharge for other work and not even fix the problem. Nathan and Bobby did the job right, fast and without hassle, a godsend really after what we had been through. Highly recommend these guys.

Got my brakes and an oil change done here a few months ago. I already have to get my brakes and roaters replaced again. I am not impressed with my service, considering they charged me $600 for them. I will not ever recommend this place to a friend as they are dishonest and lied about how they where charging me, and put on the lowest quality brake pads. 4 months later I have to do my brakes again. Really disappointed in Midas

Fantastic service! Our car had some additional problems beyond what we originally bought it in for. The whole team led by Nathan did an amazing job, staying late and working overtime to figure out what was wrong. Which turned out to be a problem with the computer. We could not be happier with the service, quality of work and price. I would recommend Midas North Vancouver to everyone

Worst Place Ever, I have taken two cars here for brakes and the work on both is terrible. One car the brakes were not put back together properly and did not work, and the other car it is very questionable if the rotors were actually machined (I was told they needed to be and paid for ti). They are in terrible shape after only 20,000kms

I have been dealing with bobby for the past 10 years at this location. He has given me exceptional service and good quality work. I will recomend this location to others.

This place seems to be running a scam with brake pads/rotors/calipers. Myself and multiple other people in the reviews have been lied to about whats been replaced on our vehicles. Stay away from here
