Everything, from working with our salesman, Tom, to signing all the paperwork with Angie, to the in-depth mechanical and motor-home inspections and detailing done, to the full two hour instructional walk-through with John, was clear, transparent, friendly and professional. When we brought our unit home, we discovered a relatively small problem, which we were unable to fix ourselves. Shannon in the repairs division helped us get our unit into the shop as quickly as possible, and the problem was well taken care of. We were very impressed and grateful that Triangle RV took responsibility for the cost of this repair. We couldnt be more satisfied with every aspect of our experience with Triangle RV and enthusiastically recommend them to anyone looking for a quality, professional dealership on Lower Vancouver Island.

I was very happy with the RV I bought but the follow up service with Triangle RV has been substandard. A repair to my awning was delayed by them not ordering parts for six months and when they finally did get the parts in, they installed an awning which didnt function like the one it replaced. (i.e. water no longer dumped automatically and instead rainwater pooled in the center of the awning stretching it.) When I complained they told me to not open it when it was raining. I countered it should be installed so it would automatically dump the water like it did before. More run around and no fix. Lets just say Im not a happy camper and will be going elsewhere from here on it.

Im a new RV owner and took my trailer to Triangle for its 1st service. It was a NIGHTMARE!!! 1. Roof leak not completely fixed 2. Propane work was not properly tested and LEAKED 3. Silicone caulking around door was deficient 4. Estimate to reinstall water tank was $250 and actual cost was DOUBLE ($500) I spent nearly $1000 at Triangle RV and had problems with EVERY ITEM on my work order. I talked to the owner and she was not willing to provide any type of compensation or refund for this sub-par / deficient service. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Recently bought a unit from this dealership. The salesmans name was Dave and was a very pleasant person to deal with. We had to return it to get a few things fixed. One item was a soft spot in the floor which the manufacturer neglected to put in support, my guess is that they forgot to put it in. Either way Triangle rv fixed it at their expense and that made my wife and I extremely happy. The technicians there are top notch. To all the staff we dealt with, thank you for the great customer service. Two Happy campers.
