Quick and easy to find the indoor counter. Transaction at counter also relatively easy and quick. Finding the car or getting help in the lot was not easy as there were multiple car rental companies sharing the lots and, while Budget had a small hut/office, there did not appear to be National employees. Perhaps Im used to the larger cities and this is common in smaller locations. When I returned the car, I expected to check in with a lot person, but instead had to walk back into the terminal office at arrivals (far side of airport from the lot), then go back to the other side of airport for departure. Just plan for the extra time.

Very rude and not on time! We had a car booked for 1pm to pickup, but when we arrived there, the store was closed! We had to wait until 1:20 for the guy to come and open the store. There is a phone number on the door that you are supposed to call in the case the store is closed. I called the number 5 times and no one answered the phone. The same happened when we returned the car for drop off, but this time we had to wait a bit more. When I told the guy I called him 5 times he first asked for my phone number to make sure I am not lying! And then said he has to go around to pick up customers or fill in the gas tank and he is alone.

Super small office in the middle of some residential area, only one person working so dont be late picking up or dropping off because there will be no one there to call.
