It was a pleasure doing business with Motorize Victoria! I had my eyes on a 2009 Mazda Miata that they had listed online, and I gave Julian a call with a list of questions. Usually I tend to feel skeptical about interacting with car dealers and the stereotypical car salesmen, but the owner Julian went above and beyond in answering all my questions with direct and straight-forward answers, before voluntarily provided further information about the cars past history......including some info that I wouldnt have ever known since they were undocumented by CarProof! Julian had proved himself as a trustworthy and honest business owner, and therefore I made the trip from Vancouver to Victoria to view the car in person. Surely enough, everything about the car was exactly as described over the phone, and the only surprise I found was simply how stunning the car looks and drives as if it was practically brand new in mint condition. Throughout the viewing and test drive appointment, Julian was very patient and accommodating, allowing me to take as much time to do whatever I wanted to do in order to feel comfortable and become familiarized with my potential new ride. When I ultimately decided to finalize the purchase, Julian made the entire process as easy and hassle-free as if I were buying a car from my next-door neighbour. There were no surprises whatsoever: the entire process, from documentation to payment, moving on to transfer of ownership and registration at the local insurance office, was all flawlessly completed in under an hour. Thank you for delivering top-notch friendly, professional and trustworthy service, Julian sets the bar high and this should be the standard met by all car dealers in the industry! I am a happy customer and I will gladly recommend Motorize Victoria to everyone shopping for new and used cars.

I recently purchased a 2014 BMW i3 REX from the team at Motorize. After thinking and researching EVs for almost a year, I finally started going around to different dealerships. I went through over 10 dealerships while I was doing my research and I can tell you based on my experience that none of them came close to Motorizes approach to automotive sales. We felt cared for, virtually no pressure to make a purchase or decision, we received an education on EV ownership, we were given options to choose from, and when we didnt want to buy anything they had on the lot, they sourced our ideal car (not just the model, but colour, trim level, wheels, etc) and brought it up from the USA for us in two weeks. They were high touch in their communication through the process and when the vehicle came in with some undisclosed damage, they told me about it first and already had a plan in place to have it fixed free of charge and supplied me with a loaner vehicle. If youre thinking about purchasing an electric vehicle or hybrid, do yourself a favour and go into this dealership.

Josh, Julian and Stephanie were amazing with helping me get into a Nissan Leaf 2015S. I couldnt be happier. They really take the time to educate people on buying and owning a Leaf. I came over from Vancouver and they let me test drive a Leaf for the day - they even picked me up and dropped me off so I didnt have to drive my gas car over for the test drive. Their cars are immaculately clean and cared for. Like others have said, they are upfront about the positives and negatives about any of the cars they have in inventory. If they dont have what youre looking for, they will bring it in. Josh was willing to provide a fair price against some of the equivalent cars available on the Mainland. Motorize truly cares about the environment and also does their part as a company to reduce their own environmental impact. They are even bullfrogpowered with 100% green electricity! I cant say enough to recommend Motorize and would shop with them again for sure.

We thoroughly enjoyed the experience of buying our EV, a beautiful blue 2013 Nissan Leaf from Motorize Auto Direct. Cameron is a wealth of EV knowledge and experience also a wonderfully detail oriented guy that takes away the stress of EV shopping. How often have you said that about a car purchase? After wasting a day walking the dealerships and finding few salesman that could even speak about EVs, most were uninformed at best and insulting at worst, it was a breath of fresh air finding Motorize in Sidney. They went to work with our requirements and brought in the car we wanted at a great price with a better battery health report and warranty then we could have hoped for. The car was then customized with a few things we wanted and detailed to look virtually new! Thank you Cameron for easing our transition into electric transportation, we will recommend you to everyone looking for an EV and enjoy knowing you take great care of your customers.

Ive had different experiences throughout my life buying and selling cars... sometimes privately, sometimes through a dealership, but I have never enjoyed the process more than I did working with Motorize in Sidney. Cam and Julian were so down to earth, friendly, informative, and attentive that I wanted to spend all day there just to hang around and learn about electric vehicles (big passion of mine!). I ended up buying a 2013 Nissan Leaf from them and trading in my car. I felt I was treated more than fairly and was able to try the Leaf for a few DAYS before I purchased it, which was really terrific. Ive already brought a couple of people out there to look at cars and they agreed that this business has a really positive vibe. Everyone working there is putting in 110% and being their customer is truly a pleasure. Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a vehicle.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! (This is Reiths Dad, Chris Humphreys here. Cant figure out how to post a review from my own Google account!) Motorize.ca so kindly agreed to lend us a car to tour the Gulf Islands with a double bill of Shakespeare related one man shows. It was Shakespeare Goes Electric all the way and a fabulous time. The car was so smooth, ran so well, was so easy to charge each night. And we got a lot of kudos on these eco-friendly islands - Elizabeth May is our Member for Parliament after all! Soon as we can afford a second car. Ill be voting for the Leaf. Just great!

Julian has been a huge help to me with my new Leaf, even though I live on the east coast and unfortunately could not purchase a vehicle from him. When the Vehicle I purchased from the States through another company arrived without an SD card, it was Julian who shared his knowledge with me online and helped me resolve the issue. Anyone living out there is lucky to have Motorize Auto Direct. I wish we had such an honest and helpful company to deal with here in Halifax. My car buying experience would have been SO much better!
