Enterprise car rental is off site. I understand their decision because it costs $ to rent space in the airport but apparently they cut back all the way around. We waited with another family for about 1/2 hour for the van to come get us and it was a a small mini van that couldnt handle both families. We stayed behind and got coffee (at the Enterprise representatives cost) to wait for him to return which he said would be about 20-25 minutes. We waited about 40 and was picked up by another person in an SUV. We were STUNNED to find the Enterprise location to be about 3-4 minutes away! They did give us a nice upgrade to that SUV he picked us up in and gave us a $50 credit (instead of paying me for the coffee) for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, it was a business trip where we were inconvenienced but my company reaped the reward. The people were friendly and bent over backwards to make the situation right but their staffing was so low they couldnt even handle two customers! I love Enterprise BUT DONT RENT AT THIS LOCATION!!!!

Reserved very early morning. Right before I landed at YYJ i got a call saying that there was no cat for me. Disappointed. But after i retrieved my bag and called back, Donald was able to get a car with slight damage, which was fine, as the damage was quite minor, and was an upgrade from my original reservation. They seem to have inventory issues, but he did his best to help me. So it was a bit frustrating, but wished out in the end. Ive used a few car rental companies and Enterprise is always the cheapest by a fair amount , and always has phenomenal customer service. But itd be nice if they were open on Sundays.

They may be off site and in a small office that doesnt look like much, but the friendly staff make up for it. Through no fault of their own, people hadnt returned cars, so my rental wasnt available. The staff went above and beyond to provide me with a suitable alternative and to make up for the fact that the upgrade they gave me was not as fuel efficient as the car I ordered. They even offered to drop off a car to me when it was returned to them. In particular, Tess was one of the most helpful associates I have ever dealt with while renting a car. This is why I only rent from Enterprise when I travel.

Enjoyed a positive rental experience at this location which is approximately 5 mins from the airport terminal by shuttle. The car was clean and ready as we arrived and the paperwork was dispensed with promptly. The staff were pleasant and helpful. When we returned the car, we were told to leave our luggage in the vehicle and we were driven to the terminal in the vehicle - rather than having to transfer our bags to the shuttle bus. Will use Enterprise again for future visits to Victoria and Vancouver Island.

In Victoria BC, I went to both the Victoria Clipper and airport Enterprise locations to rent. I picked the car up at the airport and dropped it off near the ferry. In both locations the people who worked there were EXTREMELY friendly (I LOVE Canadians!) and helpful. The deal was pretty good, even after all the taxes and fees, and I enjoyed the car. They put me in a nearly new one, and went out of their way to do so. And they made it super easy for me to return it to a different location. I highly recommend them!

I had a really good experience with these guys. I walked in having nothing reserved and we were 5 of us. They actually had no cars left, and we needed it just for one day drive. We ended up having a van with a small car fee and no cost for petrol for one day. It just made my day. Could be also a sales tactic to make you feel this way, haha. And they also give you one free taxi-voucher back to the ferries. Thanks Rogelio! Definitely recommend. Dont forget to bring your credit card.

These people are thieves. I returned the vehicle I rented from them a few hours ago. They told me they would email me the receipt. They did not. In addition, they have charged my credit card $122 instead of $60 which is what they told me they would charge me.

They picked us up from our hotel so we could get the car, and then dropped us off at the ferry terminal when we were done with our car. They couldnt have been more friendly. The car was great and exactly what we needed. Couldnt have asked for more.

extremely friendly manager ! even offered free pick up AND drop off from the ferry terminal. Saved me so much trouble and money. Taxi is expensive on the island otherwise. Will definitely rent from them again.

Was here for car rental drop off and bus shuttled to airport 5mins away. Although the place was small, the service was swiftly and smooth. Would rent from Enterprise again on Victoria Island.

Service was excellent. They even paid for a taxi to the ferry terminal. Car was clean & modern. Located close to Victoria Intl Airport. Rate was reasonable $38 per day.
