In this era of the big box, low service business model, its actually a distinct pleasure to do business with a local, independent, service-focused business. Although most of us probably dont relish spending money to maintain our vehicles (tires, repairs, service, etc), having a business like Peters Tire, where honesty and personal service are the priority, makes the experience a lot more enjoyable. Peters is simply a great place to do business! They are honest, go the extra mile, and its actually a pleasure to go in and visit with Nick, Matt, Brock, Nelson and the rest of the crew. They know you by name, they have a super knowledgeable team, carry every product you need, give you their best price the first time, and follow it up with genuine, friendly service that keeps a person coming back. Just a great place to take your vehicle!

I cant express how thankful I am for the great service I receive at Peters Tirecraft. Matt, Greg, Mick & the rest of the crew are fantastic to deal with, and took care of my car as well as anyone could. My older Lexus was having some rust issues when it came time to do the alignment. The crew there helped me find parts, stored my car for over a week while the parts came in, and installed them, all at a very fair price. I really felt well looked after by professionals. I would recommend them to anyone.

I dont write reviews very much but I feel compelled to with Peters but I have been taking my truck to these guys for years. I will only ever take my truck here. They have helped me with everything from diagnosing a tricky engine problems, to squeezing me in on a busy day to redoing my whole breaking system and working to the bitter end to have me out that day. Well done.

I own a Tirecraft in Alberta and happen to breakdown in the Vernon area. I dropped of my sick Jeep with transmission problems on a weekend.I was impressed with the shop appearance and cleanliness. These guys have earned a bad reputation for charging customers for mistakes made on the shop floor. Until I hear a reasonable explanation why a simple flat fix resulted in three days of runaround and a three and a half hour service charge at full shop time for a mistake made by the mechanic, I would suggest taking your vehicle to an honest shop.
