During a family trip from Vancouver to Banff our Mazda van started to stumble and missfire betweek Kelowna and Vernon late at night with -10 Celcius weather. Everything was closed so we got a hotel for the night in Vernon. The next morning I went to the Ford Dealership and they suggested going back to the Mazda dealer in Kelowna or see a local private mechanic. They suggested Dieter since he has experience with Mazda vehicles. I show up at Dieters at 7:30am and explain the situation. Hes a little brief with me, "Leave the keys, well check it out". Thirty minutes later he calls me on my cell phone and tells me one of my ignition coils is out. He doesnt have a part but will try to get one on the next truck from Kelowna, itll probably arrive by 4pm. Dieter was able to get part on an earlier shipment from Kelowna and it was fixed by 11am and we were on the road and the van is running better than ever. Final cost was under $200.

I moved from Vancouver to Vernon several years ago and knew I would need a repair garage soon for my Mazda. Not knowing anyone, it was going to be a random pick from the Yellow Pages. But driving from the grocer I spotted Dieters sign off a main artery & down a small street. My intuition is quite good and immediately I said, "Theres my garage!" It was that simple. How lucky I feel to have found Dieter, who is so knowledeable, up front, honest, & willing to take time to answer questions, to explain. I believe he is one of a dying breed and we will loss big time when Dieter and those like him, retire. Thanks for all the great service youve provided me!!! Please dont retire for awhile yet ...

Every time Ive gone here, its produced only more problems later. Basically anything theyve touched has had to be replaced 6 months later. Plus your car reeks of cigarettes after theyre done with it.
