Following review is for the parts department. The parts guy at Banister saved me a TON of trouble today. I was looking for a GM sensor terminal for my custom standalone ECU wiring job. He went to the trouble of searching 50+ drawers of individual terminal connections to find one that suited my application. Seeing as Im not regularly a customer of Banister GM, ( the application is a built 800RWHP Toyota Supra) this was seriously appreciated. You, parts guy, saved me from ordering parts from Australia (ECU manufacturer). Never thought Id leave a glowing review for a GM dealer. You changed that. Best service I could have ever expected. Keep it up.

Recently had service there on my first Chevy purchase ever. End to end, from them accommodating my request to update the entertainment center through to honoring the removal of the front air damn on my truck (which was agree to when I bought it but was much more intensive then they thought), things were literally perfect. I was blown away by their sales manager (Chris) offering to drive my truck home for me himself due to my schedule. I mean, who does THAT these days? I wish I didnt wait so long to discover this dealership and that level of service. Its a real jewel in an industry where pain and frustration is the norm far too often.

Great dealership. Bought my new truck there last Dec. 2014. They are friendly,knowledgable and go to great lengths to make the whole process as comfortable as possible. I am not comfortable with car dealerships and the people at Bannister Vernon did a lot to alleviate that. A tour of the sales, service and parts dept and the people in them pointed out the difference between them and many of the other competitors in the business. Richard Bisson answered all my questions, obviously knows his products and managed to do it without putting on any pressure. Very professional.

I have just been ripped off by bannister GM Ive taken my car to them seven times every time Ive had to return it with problems that shouldve been tested and fixed ... now they refuse to fix parts they were suppose to and and charge me for parts that didnt need to be fixed because they didnt test first to find the proper problem ... but worst they do not have a certified car seat person so my wife had to walk home with our 8 WEEK old child in 35° temperatures over two kilometres Thanks BEN for the worst service and customer service ever !!!!!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Complete waste of my time and money. If you have any other option to repair your vehicle I would use it. And if you have an after market warranty these guys are definitely not going to want to help you.

They must be having a hard time financially. Cant even keep the lot lights on at night for people to browse. But thats OK, Dodge, Hyundai and the other dealers in town have nice cars too.
