I would highly recommend this place! I know nothing about vehicles and wanted to surprise my boyfriend with a remote starter for Christmas. I scoped out a few places online and in person, and decided on this store because they were very helpful and friendly as far as describing the different types of systems to me (and didnt make me feel dumb for not knowing anything), as well as being upfront about prices including install and everything. Both guys there seemed professional as well as affable and easy to talk to. They were able to book me in promptly, and were done right when they told me they would be! Felt like I got a much better experience here, rather than going to a impersonal chain store!

Sold me a receiver and said it did stuff it didnt. Then i find out after they only do store credit. Would be nice to know before hand especially when you lie about a product. Will never shop there again. No wonder the big box stores are running the little guys out of town. Too bad but when customer service and return policy is great what do you expect. Wish i could give zero stars.
