Derek was very accommodating for us, mostly dealing with us over the phone at first until we ironed out a deal. We had been to a few different dealerships and none of them came even remotely close to wanting to help meet our needs like Duncan Nissan. When we showed up at the dealership and saw the car for the first time, Derek and some others had taken the time to clean it up and parked it out front for us. We were immediately able to take it for a test drive. We came back inside, were offered drinks, and sat down to finish the deal. Derek, Jon the manager, and Brandi from the business office, were all FANTASTIC! Every single question we had was answered with appropriate and honest advice. It is their job to make you feel welcome, everyone knows that... but it felt more than genuine. If you need drywall/insulation advice, or perhaps a car...
