I recently bought a new used car and came in to Mobil 1 today. Easily I would say the "Best Customer Seevice", car service experiance i ever had! Professional yet educational! I learned lots about my car that I didnt know. The guys did a thorough check of all fluids and filters, tires and they discovered my cabin air filter likely had never been replaced! My Subaru is a 2011 that 5 year old filter was totally loaded with debris. Will be always coming here from now on! Customer for life, thanks guys for being honest!

Mobil 1 Lube is my go to for an oil change. They have a great rewards system, where when you get 4 oil changes the fifth one is on them! They also send you coupons in the mail, the last one I got was for free wipers with an oil change. My car always run way better after being serviced there. The last time I was in, Cole served me and did a great job! Not only is the service great, but the owner even donated 5 $100 gift cards for a fundraiser I was doing. I highly recommend mobil 1 lube to everyone!

I own a local business called Mid Island Ink Depot - We used this service for our delivery vehicle this week for the first time. All I can say is fantastic, we cannot have a vehicle off the road for any length of time. Using this service suited our needs perfectly, we were in and out in less than 30 mins and back on the road doing deliveries. It just could not have been better, really nice people, nice place and great service.

Dont buy the groupon if your car takes full synthetic oil. The groupon was more expensive than my regular oil changes. I was charged $80.58 on top of my $52 groupon to tally $132.58. Thats $30 more than the usual . I doubt a real 21-point inspection took place. I noticed they didnt check tire pressure, engine air filter, or cabin filter like the invoice stated.

Fast and reliable service every time. They never oversell and only recommend whats needed. I appreciate the extra touches like bottled water and a newspaper while you wait. The whole team is friendly and professional. Cole went above and beyond to get my vehicle in good shape for winter at my last visit. Best oil change place in Duncan.
