Where do I begin? After completing an online credit application, I received a phone call from Robert (one of the sales associates) who told me that I was approved for a loan. I pre-selected a vehicle and submitted all necessary paperwork from Victoria, prior to making the drive up island, in order to save time. Robert and I set up a day and time to meet in Duncan to complete the remaining paper work. I took the morning off work and arranged to meet him at 9:00 am. I told him that I had to make it as quick as possible in order to get back down to Victoria and into work. At 9:00 am, there was no sign of Robert. After waiting 15 minutes he was called by a co-worker to remind him of our meeting. The co-worker than told me, "he must have forgot to check his day planner, but he only lives 10 minutes away." After waiting *an hour* he finally strolled in, and asked me for the paper work that I had already submitted. I reminded him of this fact and he laughed and said, "oh yeah." He then disappeared into an office to locate me file. Once he emerged, he informed me that the vehicle I had reserved was in fact sold two days prior to my arrival, but that we could look at some others (that were twice the price.) I informed him (for the third time) that time was a factor for me and that I felt obligated to take my business elsewhere. I wasted two hours driving there and back, over an hour sitting at the dealership waiting for him, plus gas getting there and back, plus taking time off work, and being late to get back into work and barely even received an apology or reasonable explanation for the fiasco. So thank you to everyone up at Galaxy Duncan. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE! Unfortunately I have to put at least one star for the review, but they do not even deserve that. Good luck running a successful business.

The first thing that I want to say about Duncan Galaxy Motors is that it is GREAT! There is absolutely nothing that I would change about the experience I had buying a car from them. I felt no pressure from Steve Meyers (my salesman) and he was so helpful & knowledgeable about the cars on their lot and also on their website. Plus he bent over backwards to help me find the exact car that I was looking for. Steve and the rest of the team were so patient with me and not only put up with my looking at multiple cars but they did it with a smile and I was never made to feel like a nuisance. Not only was their customer service wonderful but they also gave me more for my trade then anyone else had offered, they got my payments down by a lot a month AND they got my interest rate lowered as well. Also in case you are wondering, the new car that I bought from them is newer, nicer and has about 1 million more features then the one I traded. I cant think of any way that I could be more satisfied with this dealership. I would 100% recommend them if you are looking to buy a car. Stop in and ask for Steve, he was a HUGE part of what made my experience so great :)

Pushy, dishonest salesman who arent out for the best interest of the customer. Dont seem to want to listen to any concerns you have on a purchase as "they have worked very hard on a deal for you". After doing the deal and not getting your paperwork for months on end after bugging and bugging for them to realize they had you go into huge debt with a young family at home on a vehicle that sounded like a beater and paying a fortune on something you couldnt afford after they lied on your credit app on your monthly income. They dont care if it takes them many times to get you approved without your concent and have your credit score drop by over 100 points on this deal they thought you should do because they worked very hard on it for you. A deal we had done with our first vehicle bought through them was done with high success and couldnt have been happier but that salesman has gone onto a better company. Buyer Beware!

Just bought a car from Galaxy Motors and I couldnt be more impressed! I got an amazing deal on my new car that I couldnt find anywhere else. The salesman was super helpful, not pushy at all and made buying a new car a real pleasure. I was also super happy with the quality of service I received from the service department when I brought by car back for servicing. The service department offered me a loaner car, took great care of my car and even cleaned my car inside and out before I picked it up. I will be returning to buy from Galaxy again and again! If you are in the market for a new car go check these guys out.

Wow, I have owned my SUV for a year now and I am still as happy as the day the guys at Duncan Galaxy motors helped me to get the best deal and the best car for me. I cant thank them enough. It was a great day and they even had a BBQ of hamburgers for us. When I am ready for my next vehicle I am definitely going to drive back to Duncan. I have now moved way up to northern bc, but it is worth the drive to get great service. I really appreciate their wonderful attitude and the friendly treatment.

So after writing a bad review..I have to say that my review was replied personally by the manager Kevin and Dusan . these two guys worked their tail off for is and found us a great truck for an amazing price and turned my opinion around. They were prompt, efficient, went to bat and tow to tow with the bank till we got what we were happy with. I am very happy and honestly do recommend them to get the job done for you. Good credit or bad credit they will find and get you into a vehicle.

By far the worst experience in customer service Ive ever had. No one called me to follow up I had to call them multiple times and I never got a response until a week and a half later. My salesperson wouldnt even call me back I had to hear from the owner who offered to call me back the next day but never called.. it was honestly a big mess I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Im only giving it one star because I have no choice, no stars is not an option.

Very professional, attentive and direct with my needs on my last three vehicle purchases. I would reccommend Duncan Galaxy to anyone! They have had minor dents repaired on my vehicles while I was at work! The free detail and wash is always nice too! never felt ripped off and they always fight for the best rate, assuring they have a repeat customer. I will return! Thank you Kevin, Dusan and Former employee Alex for helping me with everything!

DO NOT deal with Galaxy motors in Duncan. I placed a deposit on a truck and had to fight with them for 2 weeks to get it back. There was no paper work signed and the business manager tried to force the sale and not refund my deposit. I had to contact the General Manager of all 5 locations to get my deposit back. BEWARE of this dealership, it has multiple complaints with the vehicle sales authority and the better business bureau.
