Friendliest staff and such a stress-free experience! My husband and I recently had an experience with Fix auto and really just cant express how thankful we are for the stress free visit! Tanya and Lee were so helpful with the entire process and always had the time to explain anything we didnt fully understand! Our vacation to the Island may have started out stressful but they got us into a rental and had our car in and out within a week! Its really so difficult to find companies that put a high emphasis on customer service anymore and I would definitely recommend Fix Auto to anyone in the area who happens to need a great bodyshop with top notch customer service!! Thanks guys! :)

Note of thanks to Fix Auto Duncan. LEE ESPESETH FIRST LEE makes the customer feel right at ease with his very friendly greeting, then he explains every thing that needs to be done to complete the body work. He gives the time estimate on how long the job will and he completes the job just as promised. The workmanship of the repair job is top notch, and again takes time to explain how the job went and answers any questions. I highly recommend this shop to do any body work repair job. NEEDLESS TO SAY I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE RPAIR JOB TO MY TRUCK.

After a horrible experience at the nearby Galaxy Motors, I decided to stop by Peter Baljet. I was worried that due to my credit situation, I would be turned down. So imagine my surprise when I got approved for a better vehicle and a better rate than what Galaxy had offered! I left that same day in a new truck. The staff was friendly, but not pushy. Everything was handled with professionalism. I cant say enough good things about my experience with Peter Baljet. I would recommend them to anyone, including those with less than favourable credit.

I have nothing but great things to say about Fix Auto in Duncan B.C. We took our car to them after a parking curb ripped off one corner of our front bumper. I called Fix Auto , and brought the car to them and within ten minutes of getting there He popped it back on. The next week we took the car back to Fix Auto and a bodyman repaired the loose pieces within 10 minutes and sent us on our way. These People are great.

We have had several of our work trucks repaired at Fix Auto Duncan. The front end staff Lee & Tanya are great to deal with and very helpful with the whole insurance process. The quality of work is first rate. I took my personal car to them to be fixed because of the great customer service.
