My vehicle was recently struck in the rear bumper while stopped in traffic. Several years prior, the same type of accident occurred and I had that vehicle repaired by CARSTAR Duncan and was very pleased with the results. Upon arriving at CARSTAR I was greeted by the friendly receptionist who introduced me to Steve HORNICK the estimator and General Manager. He was very professional, customer service oriented and promptly set about taking photographs and making notes after being briefed on the accident. A day was requested when I could bring the vehicle in for repairs and advised a vehicle would be available to me until mine was repaired. On the day I attended with my vehicle for repairs, I was advised when my vehicle would be ready. My vehicle was ready as stated and the workmanship was "better than new," I am very fussy regarding my vehicles and would not hesitate to recommend CARSAFE Duncan. Stephen Lee.

We have recently relocated here to the area, and dont have any connections to Duncans businesses and services. My car received rear end damage, and I had to choose an autobody repair company without the assistance from friends or family. This was a hard thing to do - I LOVE my car, and I know from past experiences that poor work results in further depreciation of your car and a potential for further headaches. Well - I dont think I could have found a better auto body repair shop in the valley to handle the job. Polite, helpful, courteous and professional = right from their front desk person to the final inspection of the work and pick up. They under promised and over delivered, I dont know why anyone would take their vehicles anywhere else. Perfect work and a Class Act!

I booked my appointment 2 months in advance for a Tuesday. They told me they would be done by Friday. When I took my car in they told me they wouldnt be done until Tuesday. Then on Monday they told me it wouldnt be done until Wednesday. Then on Wednesday, I called them to confirm that they would be done, and they told me it wouldnt be done until Thursday. What was supposed to be a 4 day job somehow turned into a 10 day job. This totally messed up my planning due to not having a car for several days longer than expected, and caused me to miss several days of work that I could not afford to miss. The customer service representatives were not helpful at all, in fact they tried to spin it as being my fault. Do not come here if you want to be treated fairly.

Had a devious crow drop a chestnut on the roof of my Chevy 2500HD truck which resulted in a dent. That turned into a couple of sleepless nights because I thought it was going to be a big deal to fix that seeing where it was located. Did it really matter because nobody knew it was there except me! Anyway, took my truck into Carstar and showed Steve what had happened. In a few days the truck was repaired and looked better than it came out of the showroom! Great workmanship, courteous and friendly staff and, they know how to take the worry away. Thank you, Steve. Moral of this story? Dont park near a Chestnut tree!

These people are the best!!! Our daughter just bought a used car and the day we got it the door handle fell off. We rolled into Carstar and Nicki Hunt and one of the techs came to the rescue. She ordered the part quickly, gave us updates on receiving the part, and quickly had it installed. Our daughter is very happy once again. This time it was a small bit of work but I can assure you these guys will get our business on all auto body work. Just a great office energy to be in. I recommend it strongly. Ask for Nicki shes the estimator I believe.

The work done by CARSTAR Isherwood was about as good as it gets. The support to get my ducks in a row with the insurers, the handling of taking my car in and getting me into a rental, and the condition my car was in when I picked it all went as promised. The work and the experience were both first class. Very highly recommended. Dealing with a damaged vehicle is never easy, but this team makes it as painless, and ultimately as positive as it could be. Nicely done.

I have used Isherwood Body & Fender three times, once for wear and tear touch ups and twice for minor accidents resulting in insurance claims. All three times they provided me valet service and arranged a rental car while mine was in for repairs. My car came out looking like new every time! The staff was excellent ... from the friendly receptionist, to the accurate and timely estimator, to the sincere owner. Thank you for the great service!

Isherwood Auro body Fender did an amazing job repairing the side panel of my Jeep 4x4. The service was excellent and very fast, they agreed to meet me and my husband outside of regular business hours and we did not live in Duncan. We were provided with a very nice loaner car for the time while they worked on my car. I would recommend this shop to anyone needing auto repairs! I would definitely return as a customer to this business :)

I have had 2 vehicles repaired by the Isherwood staff over the last 2 years. They staff handled my accident right from the start. At the accident site Ryan arranged for a tow company, rental car, dealt with my insurance company and repaired my vehicle so it looked brand new. The complimentary car wash and interior cleaning is great. I recommend Isherwood and their staff to everyone.

The guys at Isherwood were amazing to deal with. Friendly, helpful, and quick at getting my Car back to its previous state. It looked fantastic. I couldnt have been happier with the experience I had...other than the horrid woman they have working the front desk. Unprofessional, and rude. Dont let that stop you from going there though as the men are pure gems to deal with.

Just had some minor work done on my Lincoln, the work was complete and ready for pick-up at the time given. Work was first class and the car had been washed ,windows cleaned it looked as though it had come out of the showroom. Steve and Ryan went out of their way to not only repair damage they also sourced out a new LED package for the truck, installed and its amazing. Friendly, knowledgable and professional service. The staff at Isherwood were fantastic. They offered to stay late to accommodate my working hours or give me a loaner car. The repair was done as promised, no hassles, no surprises except for the nicely repaired and clean car that was returned to me. I will recommend them whenever I can and if ever need future repairs will happily return.
