We bought a BMW from Trax in November. I was very leary of dealing with this kind of a used car dealership at first because of many bad stories I heard about from other people. But Trax was the only dealer that had the car we wanted. I am pleased to say that Armin was very trustworthy indeed. He was a man of his word and did everything that he said he would do in a proper manner. There were a few repairs and maintanence items that had to be taken care of and they were done competantly at ML Autoz. In the process I got to know a mechanic shop that I will gladly bring the car back to if I cant do the work myself. I called Armin a couple of times for follow up advice and to give feedback about the car and Armin was very accomodating and interested in the feedback I had to give him. The car has been a great car so far. Im pretty sure that Armin being a mechanical engineer and truly interested in buying good inventory (its in his own best interest after all) is continually improving his eye for good cars and his car buying skills. I have not had to use the six month warrantee but knew ahead of time that it is probably of little value. I do recommend Armin at Trax auto.

I recently purchased a car from Armin at Trax Auto Group. The vehicle is great, although my main major concern before purchasing the vehicle was how filthy it was. Armin said he would get it detailed as all the vehicles are before they are sold, however when I picked up my car after getting it detailed it was still sticky and dirty. Looked like they did a quick crappy job of vacuuming and barley wiped it. I had to personally wipe out sticky things from the doors and console. (After spending $10,000 + on a vehicle I SHOULD NOT have had to do this myself). I would HIGHLY recommend before paying for your vehicle to have it FULLY cleaned. A typical detail will include door cleaning and console wiping, not to mention a proper vaccum job. Vehicle is good, customer service still has areas to improve to meet customer satisfaction.

I went and looked at two cars at trax over three weeks and was torn between them. Eric at trax was beyond helpful and never felt pushy with me even though I was very indecisive and probably a little frustrating to see so frequently. I also got plenty of help and assistance from Armin with the car that I was trading in, he made the whole deal go very smoothly and the trading process a breeze for both parties. When I got my vehicle it had one issue and Armin assured me he could get it fixed for me after a little research. I felt very well taken care of by both of the gentlemen here and both were incredibly friendly and helpful with all my questions and very patient with me. I recommend to try out trax first, especially if you live in the area.

I have bought cars since 1975....so i have a pretty good idea by now on which Car Dealer is giving me what i need.............not what they feel they will sell me along with their sales pitch! I have bought a car from Trax Auto and so did a friend of mine and we have to say that Trax is a fair, honest and reliable Car Dealer. If you need help after the sales,Trax is there for you. There was no sales pressure, everything was explained clearly and no extra fees.By the way i have to say that Trax Auto did not charge me extra for a sensor that they replaced at no cost to me.Most Car Dealers charge the buyer at least $500 to $800 for Doc.fees............what,is the contract made of gold..............Trax is less than $300 Doc.You be the judge.

First off the Car i purchased stopped running after two months... I received financing threw Trax, a Lease to Own agreement. After paying off the vehicle and making all payments on time, with no bounced cheques, I was told that the vehicle cannot be transferred in my name. Why? Because he decided that I owed him more money for something unrelated. Waiting for a resolution from Consumer Protection Services BC. I highly recommend staying away from this company, Armin seems like a nice person, Im just not impressed with the company if thats what the policies are like. BTW... I was never invoiced for this unrelated charge so I didnt know it existed.

Armin and Sam are two of the most fantastic businessmen Ive ever dealt with. It is a rare occurrence to leave a used car dealership feeling completely confident in your purchase, but that is what happens here. They will work tirelessly to ensure your satisfaction going above and beyond any dealership Ive ever encountered. Their goal, while working within your budget, is to put you in a good, safe reliable vehicle. They want your return business when its time to upgrade your car, and it really shows. Truly amazing.

Armin is a super nice guy! He was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We had no problem trading in our car, it was very simple with no hassle, nor did we feel pressured at any point. Other places even try to confuse or even rip off women, but with Armin we felt that we were working with an honest guy, and knew that the price of the trade was definitely fair. Highly recommended!

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Traxx. Armin is an honest ethical and very enjoyable person to work with. I have confidently recommended Traxx to family and friends. They also found their buying experience to be first class. Traxx vehicles are well priced and they stand behind their product.

The dealer over promised what they can do, but they wont do nothing after the purchase! The car has nothing but problems. I have put about $2000 to fix in 3 months. They make the car looks well in the beginning but cut lots of corners to be cheap and cause problems after!
