Called the owner to ask for help regarding my car, to get an oil change and help start up my car as I was having issues jump starting it. I was about to send my car to him but before that I decides to read the google reviews. The last guy to leave a comment had a similar issue. But rated a 1 star because they decided to replace an alternator and the car had the same issue. I called the owner and confronted him on the issue, just to make sure the same thing wouldnt happen to me. He said "there are 2 sides to every story" I said "fair enough, Id still like to bring my car to you. But I just want to make sure you guys will do all you can to help get the issue fixed without going straight to replacing an alternator". As I am short on cash I need to be as price conscious as possible. He replied to that by saying "thats not the way we do things over here." I decided to take my car elsewhere.

Joe. Joe is the amazing guy behind this shop. My wife and I have gone to him multiple times, each time he has given us full attention and excellent service. Despite being busy he dropped everything he was doing and started to work on our car even though we had just walked up and had no appointment. He provides great service at a VERY reasonable price point. Its actually shocking. He has a strong knowledge of VW vehicles as he worked for them for a long time but ended leaving the dealership, one of the reasons being that he didnt like how they did business. $$$. All in all, you will not be disappointed. You may even get a complimentary car wash!

Previous owner was great, new owner...well... BCAA confirmed with their test that my battery had failed. It was under warranty with Perform X, who assured me that theyd honor the warranty and replace the battery for free. I endured 8 jump starts before getting to the appointment. Perform X tells me that its the alternator - even though the car is fine once its running, but is almost always dead after parking. We replaced the alternator, and then the new owner left for his vacation. We drive for an hour, and at the next stop - the car wouldnt start. The battery is still dead. Is this a case of incompetence or dishonesty?

I was looking for a highly rated shop and found great reviews. So I called them to look at my daughters car l. They fixed it right and found safety issues that impressed me. They are very honest and professional. They didnt try to sell me parts that I didnt need like some shops, excellent diagnostic skills. I now feel that my daughter will be safe driving her car, very important to me. Thanks guys Ill recommend this shop to anyone looking for a quality honest shop.

Rated 3 stars as owner was nice. Went in there needing two tires, had squeaky brakes and front suspension problems. Spent $700, got two tires and still left with squeaky brakes but now my brakes are clicking, and I still needs front suspension work. Typical garage trying to make a few bucks. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Great Service & very reasonable prices - Had my car serviced at Perform - X Auto twice in the past 2 years and both times I received quality service. The owner Richard was great to deal with and his mechanic Eric took time to explain the problem and solution. Great job guys!
