I usually take my car to another place, but decided to give them a try since they were closer to my home. WORSE DECISION EVER!!! It took them just over 2 months to repair my side view mirror. Didnt hear from them for a month, so I had to call them, and was told they misfiled my work order. Said they would order the part right away, and booked me in for an appointment, had to take time off work to go get it fixed, and then they told me they got the wrong part. So I"m driving home after that huge waste of time and they call and ask me to come back. Apparently they forgot to take pictures of the good mirror on the other side to compare and make sure the part was correct the next time. Another 3 weeks go by and still no word, so I call them again. And again they forgot all about me. So the finally get the part and I take my car in, and they fix it. They give me the keys and say my car is done and its right over there inside the shop. I go over to my car and theres garbage on top of it, and the driver seat and door panels are covered in dust!!!! To top that off the garage door was still closed, I had to find someone to open it for me! All in all, Im never going back here again!! WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!

I want to thank Larry, Viktor, Gabriel, Jimmy and any other Kirmac staff that worked on my vehicle this week. Larry and Viktor did an excellent job in customer service and helped me feel at ease about the replacement of my vehicle glass roof. Originally I was informed that my vehicle would be ready on the Monday. When I asked if I could get it back the Saturday prior Gabriel made it happen. When I picked up my vehicle it was very clean and the work was excellent. Jimmy did a great job in cleaning it. As I was about to drive away. Jimmy quickly ran out and flagged me down to make sure I did not forget my stroller. The work was excellent and professional. What really wowd me is I received the same level of excelled customer service from everyone I interacted with at Kirmac. Thank you all very much.

I made a appointment for halloween to get my 2 chips fixed in my windshield because i bought a groupon deal for this location . i arrived for my appointment to find thatthe guy who was suppose to fix my winshield didnt come in and because they lost my phone number they couldnt call me to let me know untill i arrived for my appointment. i resachedualed for the next week so i went in and waited for my chip to get fixed , it was raining that week so i couldnt realy tell if it was fixed or not but on the first sunny day i was very disapointed to see that it wasnt anybetter then when i took it in and now i can feel the dent in my window from there repair which i couldnt before the appointment .

Called the place to inquire how much the cost will be to install a license place bracket and hands down besr customer service. The individual who I spoke to, Kevin, reassured me that as long as the parts are with me , hell ask his techs to see if they can assist me. Jimmy, confident tech, just asked for the parts and said to ot worry, only a few minutes and itll be done perfectly. rest assured after a few min Jimmy came to the lobby woth the keys with a big smile and handes the keys to me notifying me that its good to go. Most places would have charged and asked to wait an hour or two, they felt that its a simple job that they didnt mind helping me out. Thanks again fellas and trust, check the place out. No regrets.

SIMPLY AMAZING ! dont think twice about bringing your vehicle here for collision repairs they did an amazing job on my 2014 Mitsubishi Mirage. It was literally turn key I showed up on Monday they took a look at the damage told me they could have it fixed on that Friday 4 days later and sure enough it was ready... I had a rental car arranged for me and driven to the location in no time... A huge thanks to Jamal who made this a stress free experience hes my goto guy from now on for anything autobody and Jimmy was super helpful getting my car prepared and looking fresh... Honestly your going to regret going anywhere else and end up with a substandard job... Besides they donate money to sick kids charity !

I had a minor accident where a cardboard box fell off my roof rack and scuffed the paint on the side of my car. Larry, the manager, inspected the problem and told me that he would be able to buff out the scuffs and it would only take his staff about 20 minutes. I asked him "how much"?. Larry told me that he wouldnt need to charge me anything as it was "hardly any trouble". I took him up on his offer, and not only did his staff buff out the scuffs to perfection, they washed my car as well! No charge! I cant imagine a better testimony to excellent customer service, integrity and honesty. I will be giving any work that happens to fall on me to Larry and his team when the situation arises. Thanks Larry!

Like most people have said, the staff here are very friendly and welcoming. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the receptionist and soon after, the lady manager (?) came out to follow up on what I needed. Had a chip in my windshield repaired. Just dropped in and was repaired in 30 minutes after I arrived. Another employee updated me on the process the entire time I was waiting. Their preventative glass repairs are paid by donation, all of which go to BC childrens hospital. Would pay more if I could afford it as they definitely deserve it.

Visited Kirmac in New West a few weeks ago as we had a small but noticeable chip in our windshield so I bought a Groupon and decided to try these guys out. I was greeted by a very helpful and friendly gentleman who explained everything. You get 3 windshield repairs (minor things) with no expiry. Had a free coffee and 20 mins later I was done..no appointment required. Plus I understand part of the proceeds go to children in need so thats really cool too. Awesome service, definitely will be going back.

Great experience with the team at this shop! They were super nice over the phone and helped me figure out a serious problem with the body of my car. It took them about 20 minutes to finish it, which is WAY faster than any other body shop that ive been to, and they charged me a fraction of what they could reasonably have done. Super great to meet a bunch of mechanics who are relatable and actually care about me as a customer! Ill definitely be going to them again for my car in the future
