Im not usually blown away by customer service, but let me tell you why Im writing this review: 1. Went into the sales office 15 minutes before closing 2. Shoki, the Sales guy, greeted me immediately and showed me the vehicle I was interested in. When it was out of my budget, he showed me a second vehicle that met my needs perfectly, right at my desired price. He didnt make me feel rushed even though they were trying to close for the day. 3. He stayed over 1.5 hours past closing to get the paperwork completed, and called in an insurance agent to get me fully insured. I drove the car right off the lot. 4. Three days later, the car wouldnt start due to an old security immobilizer that mistakenly got left in the vehicle 5. I called Shoki and he immediately had Eduardo, the mechanic, drive to my house, jump the car, bring it back to the shop, and fix it. 6. Not only did they fix the car, they put in a brand new battery, alternator, and fixed a sticky lock. 7. The mechanic then DROVE THE CAR BACK TO MY HOUSE and parked it in my parking stall. At NO CHARGE. 8. The entire time I was receiving text messages from them with updates on my truck and when they expected the parts. 9. When I visited the shop the next day, the owner, Nick, came out and greeted me and thanked me for my business. Ill let their actions speak to the quality of this place - for me, Ill be letting everyone know what a killer dealership this is.

After a month of driving our new car, a Lexus RX-330, we can say without reservation that we are pleased with our purchase. But we were even more pleased with the service received from Kabani Auto. Our on-line searches had led us to Kabani Auto. Our many telephone calls were handled in a timely, courteous fashion and information we requested was forwarded immediately. Suggestions were made and we decided to drive to the coast to test drive a few possibilities. Dealing with Kabani Auto was a distinct pleasure. They have a large and varied inventory, so we were quite certain we would find a vehicle to fit our needs and budget. At no time did we feel harrassed by salespeople or pressured in any way. This was by far the most relaxed experience weve had when shopping for a vehicle. So thank you to Nick and Mubina (owners) and to Eduardo (our salesperson). Disgusting the way they lie right to your face about everything. I recently bought my first car there, with the promise and guarantee i was buying a safe, functional car. Upon purchasing my car and driving to work the next day the Check Engine Light came on. I took it into the mechanic and it needed a whole new transmission ($1500 more than what i paid for the car). The mechanic said not to blame the vehicle inspector because the dealer had unplugged the battery to the CEL light. Could not believe the pour service, and upon returning the car to get my money back, the man or maybe i should said coward who sold me the car continued to deny and lie to my face about what i had found. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A CAR FROM KABANI AUTO OR OTHER DEALERS LINKED WITH KABANI (CAPRICE AUTO)

We have know Nick and Mubina Kabani for over 16 years but this was the first time we have purchased a vehicle from them. We got a great car for a great deal and were treated with respect and curtesy. This is a great one stop shop - an every changing supply of vehicles, which you can look at on-line to do some research before hand - and once a selection is made, insurance and if necessary, financing is available. Overall, it was a wonderful experience; if you are in the market for a reliable pre-owned vehicle, it is worth your time to check out Kabani Auto.

I would highly recommend Kabani Auto. I recently bought a nearly new vehicle for an amazing price. They are very reasonable and flexible on their pricing. The salesman, Eduardo, does not use high pressure sales tactics. He genuinely wants to help customers find the right vehicle. Was sold a vehicle with almost no front brakes left since the inspection mechanic missed it. which was odd cause they completely replaced the back brakes for me. Their mechanic damaged the e-brake mechanism when they installed the rear brakes as well. So i had to have my mechanic take them all appart and install a new e-brake spring kit anyways. Cost me $550 by week 6. Dont miss a thing before you purchase and get work done by your own mechanic.

I recently purchased a car from them and they were honest, up front and generous. Some car lots can use sales tactics to lure you into buying a piece of junk! These guys are authentic and they have their own mechanics on site. I highly recommend them!
