I recently purchased a 2006 Mazda from HNG. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Not many used car dealerships encourage customers to get a third party inspection. HNG took care of all of the major issues my inspection uncovered (there will always be issues with used cars), at no extra charge, no questions asked. A 1 year limited powertrain warranty was included in the list price, with the option for additional coverage. Any bad reviews you read are undoubtedly regarding previous management. Customer service was fantastic, with post-purchase follow ups. They also went the extra mile sourcing two tires for me at dealership prices. After spending some time searching for a car at various used dealerships, my experience at HNG was outstanding. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Im sure Ill be back.

HNG Auto Job well done!!! My Father and I recently picked up a Nissan Murano from this dealership and nothing but good experience, honest and respectful interaction. Very happy with the transparent dialogue. They told me what we needed to know and want we wanted to know. Honest individuals with them only looking out for their clients best interest. Extra coverage on our vehicle was a pleasant surprise. We are very impressed that we are looking into purchasing our second vehicle from HNG. Bad reviews will always be there, but our personal experience greatly contradicts what others may be saying negative about this dealership. Dont trust a single thing these people tell you. In fact, avoid doing business with them if you can. They have a mechanic on-site who is an expert in hiding problems until they dump the car in your lap. Id give less than 1 star if I could.

Wouldnt trust a word these people say. If its a salvaged vehicle, I highly recommend you get it inspected by someone YOU trust, do a full carfax on it and ask to see pictures and get a full damage value in writing.
