Shad is a really nice guy! Im a foreigner and i went there looking for the cheapest car cause im short on money. He was really nice helping me out, telling me about the opitions until i finally decided for a 93 pathfinder. He went with me to put some gas on the truck, checked the oil and everything, being really honest and showing me every detail on the truck and what should were some few issues as any old car for less than a thousand bucks would have. After that he called the guy from the insurance company so i could do the insurance and unfortunately i got surprised of how expensive insurance in bc is and I couldnt afford it. I felt really bad but he was very understanding, told me not to worry and that he would call me if he gets anything with cheaper insurance there. Even though I didnt end up buying anything I have absolutely nothing to complain about the costumer service at global auto. Whenever I can save some money I will stop there to buy a car with Shad

Dont go expecting to not be careful as with any used car lot. They are a family business and they are trying to survive like the rest of us. But do know that when push comes to shove, these are people with good hearts who try to sell cars that are checked and good to go. They have a conscience. Be fair with them and they will be more than fair with you. I had two vehicles pre inspected and they both proved to be in good shape. The one I chose was in excellent condition. Since there was a mistake in the flyer and I ended up not buying the car I originally wanted, Shad gave me a a very, very good deal. Even the competing sales guy from across the street and the pre purchase inspection mechanic I hired raised their eyebrows and admitted it was an amazingly good deal for a good vehicle "if" all checked out....it did check out and I flew down the Coquahalla that night feeling very good about the purchase. no regrets.

We went to Global Auto because our friends recommended it so highly to us. I turned out that we had just a good an experience as they did. Both my friends and I received excellent service at Global Auto. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, listened to our needs and price range and didnt try to up sell to us. They let us know our options within our range, were honest about some issues on some older cars and offered extremely reasonable prices. The cars come with a year guarantee which definitely but us at ease. when buying an older car. We couldnt have been happier leaving Global Auto with our new car- on top of the great selection and amazing, an employee there Shad was great fun and made it such a wonderful overall experience for us. Over 2 months down the line now and we have no issues at all with our car - I would have no hesitations at all about recommending Global Autos to anyone.

Would highly recommend visiting these guys if youre looking for a good deal on a second hand car and have a basic knowledge of cars. Shad was extremely helpful and honest with us and seemed to be more concerned with myself and my partner getting a good deal on a vehicle rather than pushing us towards a deal that suited him. He was so laid back and friendly that it put no pressure on us, our budget was limited yet he was able to accommodate us with a vehicle we really wanted. He also did some work on the car on the day, gave a great long term warranty and also a week long guarantee to ensure we were satisfied. Really appreciated the service given and we are thoroughly satisfied with our vehicle.

Emailed them about a car and finally after a few days got a response. Started to text them and again slow responses, asked for car proof report and was told I would get it by the end of the day, well, still dont have it a few days later. Just thought I would come by and take a look at the vehicle and wow I was surprised. Walked onto the lot and multiple employees around and nobody said hi or even looked at us. Found the car in the lot that I was interested in and was scratched beyond belief, multiple dents in the door and there was construction caulking holding the door handle on!!!!!! What!!!!! Literally just walked away and never going to deal with this place. Buyers beware.

We had another vehicle purchase in process but it was not going to be ready for us to take home before our road trip to Edmonton. We decided to purchase a lower cost secondary vehicle so we could take it on the trip. Shad and the awesome staff at Global Auto Sells found us a vehicle at the price point we were looking without making us feel silly about a relatively low price point. The Explorer we purchased took us safely on our trip and got us home. Weve used the warranty and it was quick and really hassle free. This was such a great experience. They know their cars, theyre honest and really just all around a great dealership.

Not really sure what the other posts are on about, my experience was completely different. The guy I met with, Shad, was really nice and sociable. Readily available and even picked me up from skytrain station as I had no car to get there myself. We tried a few cars out, and I decided on a 07 Yaris. As far as car buying, In my experience you cant go wrong with them.

I wasted 45 minutes driving to this location, for a confirmed appointment (made through Craigslist) with a person representing this business. This representative flaked out last minute and did not follow through with appointment. They proceeded to make threats and to harass me. I strongly recommend not wasting your time with anyone from this business.

After looking at many different car dealerships I finally stumbled upon Global Auto, and only wish I found them sooner. Right off the bat, I found 5 cars I was interested in and after talking to Shad we narrowed down the best vehicles for my needs. Thanks once again Shad for the great services and vehicle.

My experience was very good with Global Auto. Prices were decent and when we started having trouble with our transmission they were there to help us fix it and help cover some of the costs. Good business. Make sure to get a warranty with used vehicles from anywhere though, saved us for sure.

^^^^ Should have read the above review before going here. Ricky, the dealership owner, didnt want to meet me after I showed up for an arranged appointment. He objected because I was with my girlfriend. He clearly mistook her for someone else. This guy is super weird, do not give him your money!

Bought a 2003 Honda CRV from Shad. Was an awesome experience and great prices! He waited couple hours after the store was closed to see me, and helped me every step of the way. After I bought the car, he drove it across town to my house, very nice guy! Would recommend this place to anyone.

Wonderful dealership, bought my first car from them in July of 2016 (98 Honda civic) and had it for months with no issues, after writing it off in May of 2017 I was back again and this time I purchased a 2002 Mazda protégé 5 and has been serving me amazing, thanks Shad!
