If I could give them a zero star I would, that is why I didnt give them anything. I bought a car from them and 5 months later the motor died. I was talked into the extended warranty, Thank GOD I did, as Tom would not of done anything about it. 5 months after I bought the car the motor died. Tom keeps telling me I had a warranty. That is not the point.. if I didnt have the warranty Tom wouldnt do anything about. it.. I straight out asked him this question and he didnt reply to me. The first thing I asked Tom when looking at the car was I want to go on a road trip, I like road trips.I want to go to the Yukon. I took care of my mother for over 16 years and I got a little bit of an inheritance. So I wanted to purchase a car for a little bit more money, than the usual $1000. Tom told me they checked the car out and it was in good condition. That it would get me to the Yukon and back with out any problems. As well as drive across Canada. Not true. I would of been stuck in the Yukon with no way of taking care of anything. Yes I had a warranty, but the point is the motor died 5 months after buying it. I want my money back and Tom tells me cars break down. Well yes they do, but not a single car I ever had which the motor died on me. And I bought some POSs and I drove them all over the place.I even offered Tom a compromise of $3000 of my money back and he refuses to even deal with me. Tells me not to ruin his reputation by writing this review or anything on social media. What reputation. Not even registered with the BBB. The problem being he told me they completely checked out the car and it was in good condition. Tom even said this to me in front of a friend. If Tom did as he said, he would of noticed the motor was no good. Because of this I had to take a bus and the bus crashed and I was injured. I dont trust the car now, who knows what is wrong with it. And it wouldnt matter anyways. Tom wont do anything about it...I just want my money back or part of it so I can take the car to a reputable mechanic and have it completely checked out.

I bought a dream vehicle in Dec 2015 BMW X6. Tom said this vehicle is like a brand new. But it is a nightmare since I bought. Within first 20 days driver side front headlight gone. Ok not a big deal. In January while driving on bridge a warning sign came " Engine Malfunction Reduced power. I took it back to Tom and he took some fault codes and said his mechanic is on holiday and he doesnt know when he will be back. I waited for a month but no response from Tom. In February while driving a thick smoke cloud came inside the cabin. I took it to Tom and he said drop the vehicle and Ill fix it. He charged me over $200 and said that he believes problem solved. But no within few days I realized Engine Malfunctioning and oil leaks still at large. I took my truck to a different shop and paid a good amount of money to fix it. Here comes Month of March and its getting hot out, I turned on Air Conditioning and discovered that it is not working. Mr Tom was on holidays so I had to get it fixed from some another shop. Problem AC was leaking. Ya pay more to fix that problem. In April oil leaks were show stoppers. Crank shaft seal replaced, head gasket valve seals replaced, glow spark plugs replaced, two valves and one pipe replced. Total bill $4900.00. Thanks to extend warranty I had they paid more than half. Now we are in May oil is leaking from some another spot, and break fluid needs to be changed. When I bought this truck Mr. Tom said no maintenances for next 6 Months. I spent more than $6000.00 in six months and more to come. If someone needs proof I can upload all recipes. Not a trusted place to buy a vehicle. I learned very hard way.

I recently purchased a pre-owned Volvo XC90 from Tom at Euro Pacific and can not stop telling everyone about the great service and quality of the vehicles that Tom is selling. From the first moment we met Tom until I drove off the lot, the service has been top notch. Tom and his wife obviously take great pride in their inventory, their shop and office. I will definitely be coming back when it comes time to replace my other car.

Dealer Tom attempting to sell an accident car as accident free! 2011 Land Rover LR2 listed on autotrader at $29,995. Its no crime , but not owning up that car had accident on right side is big NO No!. Shooing customer off premise when he shows you accident patchwork gives you away. Check for yourself if it is "BBB A+ rating". Todays experience cast doubts on that claim.
