I got rear ended and contacted ABC Autobody after reading their reviews online. I called to make an appointment, and they were very accommodating - especially when I changed my appointment a bunch of times (sorry guys)! But every time, he told me that they would have a courtesy car ready for me. I thought that was really nice. When I showed up at the shop, they had a line up of cars in their lot. It was very clean, and the customer service was AMAZING! Very friendly and easy to talk. He made the whole process so smooth and effortless, if I ever have another car problem, I know who to call. My car was ready a day early, which caught me off guard. I wasnt able to make it into the bodyshop that day because of a work meeting. I asked if they were able to drive my car to my workplace, trade keys, and take the courtesy car back.. and he showed up within half an hour to accommodate my schedule, yet again!!! They fixed and repainted my entire back bumper, and it looks FLAWLESS in the sunlight. My car is black, and as any black car owner knows, its super difficult to keep it looking perfect! ABC did it though. They even detailed the interior of my car. Excellent job, thank you ABC Autobody! Everyone needs to take their cars here!!!

Excellent customer service from the second I called the shop to the moment I left with my like-new shiny car! The receptionist was friendly and the owner is so easy to deal with.They took care of everything from the rental car to the ICBC claim. I am extremely picky when it comes to my car and they did not disappoint. The staff are perfectionists and provided a flawless repair on my car. I left with a car that looked like it came fresh out of the store. I am extremely happy with my entire experience at ABC Autobody and will not take my car anywhere else in the future! Thanks ABC!

I needed a B service tune up for my Acura CSX and since Ive bought the car I had always went to the dealership as I was told only they can reset my dashboard. A friend recommend me to ABC Autobody and told me they have excellent service and they can service my car and reset my dashboard as well. I called them up and indeed they can. I got excellent service at a very good rate. They were fast and efficient and I got my car back the next day. They even gave my car a wash! I would definitely recommend this Autobody! Thanks for the excellent service!

I met with ABC Autobody to have some work done on my 2015 Toyota Tacoma. I was involved in a hit and run accident, and had minor damage to the rear of the vehicle. I dropped the vehicle off on a Tuesday at 2:30PM and had it back by Thursday, the same week! The dent repairs were immaculate! Looked like a brand new bumper! So impressed with the work and the courtesy car was amazing. 10/10 best service from an auto shop ever. They also wash and vacuum the entire interior which was a huge bonus!

I had brought my 2016 Honda Civic to ABC Autobody for a full paint job. My car was brand new and recently got keyed on basically every side including the top and the hood. Went to ABC Autobody, dropped of my car, drove off with one of their courtesy cars and that was it. Very impressed with their paint job, not to mention they were very fast! My car looks as good as new! They even gave my car an interior and exterior wash. Will definitely be back!

This place is awesome, not only do they do amazing work but they have great customer service. I came in about 2 weeks ago to get an estimate (which was free!) for the damage to the front bumper of my car. They gave me an initial quote but I told them the situation I was in and they knocked $160 off the total AND they finished my car in less then a week!!! Def go here for your car troubles, you wont regret it!!

We bought a new car today, but the front plate wasnt installed. It required a tool because of the "self-tapping" screws. We were near ABC Autobody, and decided to go in to have the work done. It took just a few minutes before the licence plate was attached. We did not know how much it would cost, and were pleasantly surprised when they told us that there was no charge. Ive been coming to this shop for the past couple of years and I gotta say its the best experiences I had at autobody shop. Friendly and fare with prices. They always have room for me to come in last minute. I am going to miss the services they offered moving accross canada. I highly recommend this shop. All the best, cheers

Best customer experience Ive ever had! The guys at ABC Autobody were very friendly and had my vehicle finished no time! Not to mention, the vehicle was completely detailed, inside and out and is looking spotless. They even replaced a missing reflector for free! So glad I chose these guys and would highly recommend!

Garbage, bought a vehicle from them, three months later the transmission went, called them up. Said they misplaced my information and couldnt help me. Then said I didnt purchase the extended warranty ( I didnt, but it came with a power train warranty.) A full year later the head gasket went.

Great quality service and friendly staff. I left a damaged and dirty car and went back home just a couple days later with a fixed and clean car! Even my bike rack that got damaged during the collision they not only bought a new one but also replaced the rack themselves. I highly recommend them!
