Cant say enough about what a great experience I had with VI Honda & more specifically Alicia. I live out of town and had been looking all over the province for a couple of months for a particular scooter which I found out VI Honda had suddenly gotten one in stock. I quickly phoned and got Alicia, who from the get-go seemed to genuinely care about getting this scooter into my hands, even though she probably couldve sold it locally right away at a fraction of the hassle. She put it aside for me immediately & looked at all possible methods of getting it to me, from seeking out shipping quotes, to taking measurements (she even somehow looked up the dimensions of my model of SUV to see if if could possibly fit it in the back) and trailer options. In the end I decided to go the trailer rental route and do the road trip. Im really glad I did because as nice & personable as Alicia was on the phone, she was even moreso in person. She gave me a full breakdown/tutorial of every little component of the scooter (Im a new inexperienced commuter) and was very knowledgeable and fun to talk to. She even got the scooter into the trailer for me by herself & fully secured it down while I finished up with insurance! The very next day after I had been out riding on it I received a phonecall to follow-up and make sure I got home safe, that everything was running well and if I had any questions. What an amazing experience from start to finish and I would go as far as saying this was some of the best customer service I have ever received in my life. VI Honda you have a real gem there, keep up the good work!!

Recently I purchased a Motorcycle from HONDA POWER SPORTS in KELOWNA When arriving at the Dealership it was impressive in itself , Everyone was helpful and attentive and could not do enough to make sure my wife and I were entirely satisfied, they advised me they had back up support on Vancouver island where I live should I a problem. Having purchased many motorcycles in my life have "never found" after sales service on a used Bike, Well not so with Kelowna Honda who has recently purchased NANAIMO V-I -HONDA . I was advised to call and introduce myself to the new owners, and once again was given the greatest welcome one could have wished for. I was introduced to all who would be involved in taking care of any problems I might have with my purchase A few days later I was in fact experiencing some issues and called Nanaimo V-I-Honda who advised me to bring my Bike in and addressed all my needs. This is least I can do to thank the owners of KELOWNA POWER SPORTS ~ AND NANAIMOV-I-HONDA for the terrific "after sales service " and the Good old fashioned service we can no longer guaranteed these days. Thanks to everyone concerned renewing my faith. What a wonderful surprise to have found a large dealership who values its customers, and still offer such wonderful after sale service. "NEVER CHEAT ON YOUR HONDA DEALER... LOL. We were greeted by Tony when we walked through the front doors around lunchtime. We were looking for a good mulching lawnmower and Tony helped us find the perfect model to meet our requirements, took care of the paperwork, gave us a demo with our actual purchase and helped us load it into our vehicle. This is where it gets good. About 5 hours later I was mowing our lawn at home with our old beater mower when I heard someone calling me. I stopped the mower and turned around to find myself face to face with Tony! He said he had to stop to find out if there was problem with my new Honda mower. I explained that I had serviced my old mower and was just checking it out before giving it to a friend, but I felt myself blush like Id been caught cheating. How is that for the most amazing purchase follow-up?"

I just purchased 4 Brand New Honda Dirt Bikes for the family. We got 2 x 50CC Bikes for a 6 and 3 year old, a 125CC for the wife and I got myself a 250CC. All for a family that has never ridden before but was looking for a new family past time! Tony Orlando was the Sales Professional who helped us out. Coming from the world of Sales and Customer Service I must say I was blown away by Tonys level of service.......HE WAS AWESOME! and I rarely say that about sales support I get, usually because it is not very good else where. Tony was great with my kids and wife and really helped get us into bikes we needed, not wanted! Thanks VI Honda we are very HAPPY BIKERS!

I recently purchased a beautiful Honda Giorno 49cc scooter - my first powered two wheeler ever! Alicia and her coworkers were more than happy to show me my options (considered a Ruckus as well) and spent a couple of evenings letting me sit in the dealership and mull things over. I had so much fun and could not be happier! This 52 year old first timer never felt silly or intimidated - everyone was lovely. Thanks to Tyler for getting me outfitted in a great helmet and a very cool riding jacket that I feel safe and comfortable in. Wonderful experience all around!

A month ago I went in to VI Honda for 2 reasons, 1. I needed a bigger bike, 2. There were some deals happening on a bike I was interested in. I was lucky enough to have Tony as my sales guru, who quickly made me feel comfortable and at ease while sharing some stellar jokes and stories. Tonys focus was to make sure the bike I chose was the best fit for me in all aspects, and at no point did I feel pressured to purchase. The whole process was amazing from looking to test ride to purchase, and I owe that all to Tony. You rock!

These guys were great, especially the guy at the accessories counter. I bought a phone mount for my handle bars and at first I thought it was slightly expensive, but then the guy came out and installed it for me! When I needed to put the bike back onto my truck several days later, the same guy came out and helped me and let me use the store ramp. Great service, I beleive his name was Tyler, he was an Alberta transplant. Thanks again!! Highly recommended!
