Brandon in sales is absolutely amazing. A used vehicle on the lot had caught my eye after driving past a few times, and I just had to stop and see it in person. I purchased a new vehicle earlier this year and am finding it maybe wasnt the best choice for my lifestyle, and was wondering what other options may be available to me. Brandon knew everything about the Jeep I was interested in and was happy to discuss any concerns and take me for a very thorough test drive. I was absolutely in love with it but didnt want to make the wrong decision, and ultimately it came down to numbers. Through no fault of Brandons, I did not make the purchase.. I am still heartbroken but had to make the responsible choice and it would not have been the best financial decision for me. I had stopped to see the Jeep on an impulse and hadnt even run the numbers yet, which I should have done first. When I admitted that it would be too expensive for my budget Brandon was lovely - he did not push or badger, he acknowledged and accepted that I would not be able to buy, and still offered for my partner and I to come back in if we had any further questions. I respectfully declined as I didnt want to take up his time when he could potentially be working with someone in the position to make a purchase, but the offer was greatly appreciated. I was very much pro-Jeep and my partner had hesitations, and Brandon was still willing to discuss the vehicle and finer details with him to help us know what to look for in the future, knowing that this particular sale wouldnt be happening. The fact that Brandon was willing to go above and beyond and still talk with us knowing it wouldnt end in a sale speaks volumes - Ive had a few dealership experiences and once they realize youre not ready or able to buy right away, they often shut down and stop being helpful. I appreciated Brandons commitment to customer service even knowing that I now wouldnt be able to buy, and when I am ready to make the switch in the future hes the salesperson Ill be looking for. He was lovely, patient, knowledgeable, and great to get along with. Hes a rare gem among car salesmen - the kind of guy that youll enjoy the process with, and you dont feel like hes taking you for a ride (except for the test drive, of course!).

I recently brought my Nissan Frontier to Nanaimo Nissan and was told after not one, but two scans of my vehicle that they couldnt find the issue and had never heard of this problem before, even though people on different forums described the very same thing I was experiencing. ABS, VDC and SLIP lights coming up on dashboard, and abs was kicking in even when lightly braking. I was told that it "might be" the ABS actuator and that I would have to pay $2,100.00 for the part up front on top of labor, and if it wasnt the problem, I would not be issued a refund. Needless to say I didnt buy this maybe fix-it part. I went to a local mechanic in Port Alberni (G.D. Auto) and they fixed it, plus did my regular maintenance for under $300. These guys are brilliant. I would highly recommend. Ive tried to speak with the service manager of N. Nissan all day and he hasnt returned my calls. Not very professional in my opinion. If I could post this with no stars I would.

I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle through "Nissan Nanaimo." Their customer first philosophy was demonstrated throughout the transaction. Price: Best Price Available. Sales Experience: Saan Bains, very professional, hard worker, extremely knowledgeable on vehicles feature/function/benefits. Above and beyond, he delivered the vehicle to the mainland personally on a Sunday (after hours) to meet my schedule. Finance: Shannon Charlesworth, took the time to research and tabulate multiple options on finance to meet my needs as a business owner taking the time to review with me the pros vs cons. In addition! Nissan Nanaimo reached out to many of their associates to assist me in breaking my lease. Their proposal was significantly better than other Nissan Dealers on the mainland. Saan and Shannon, enjoy the bottles of wine a gratitude for the professional sales experience. Thank you! P.S. The Titan XD Pro4X Diesel is nice too.

Your investment into electric vehicle technology has reinforced my confidence with Nissan. When I brought my Leaf in for adjustment, Angus Atkinson supplied me with a ride home, Tim Dalton took responsibility for the repair ( also supplied me with a loaner vehicle) and Craig Proctor provided quality assurance. I would also like to thank Lyle Williams for his time and input on the original test drive. I have and will continue to recommend your company in the future. 19/9/2014: Brought Lithy (Leaf) in for first annual maintenance (minor adjustments and battery test). I bought a truck from Newcastle Nissan. The salesman (Graham) was exceptionally helpful and really did go to bat for me. I always thought that this line was a bunch of hot air, but it wasnt in his case. Everything they said they would do, they did. Got a smoking deal on a smoking truck. Even after I was long gone Graham still took time out to answer any and all questions the I had. I must say that you cant believe all the reviews you read. Hats off to the staff at Nissan of Nanaimo...They went above and beyond just selling us a Nissan Micra ( love it to pieces) they were so friendly and made us feel at home...A big thank u to Shannon and Yassine who sold us the car (so nice) and I got to cut Yasines TIE OFF...lots of fun...Graham and the other staff who all pitched in to get car prepared to leave...I highly recomend Nissan of Nanaimo if u are looking for a car...
