Great staff! Excellent service! Miles better than other places Ive been in nanaimo....the difference is night and day. They were very patient with me pulling in and being too far to the right, they offered a free car wash on that particular day, and they informed me of a few minor leaks, showed me my air filter to replace it myself and topped up my coolant after Id paid.

I was just at the Mobil 1 on Nicol Street Nanaimo. I can not rave enough about the excellent service and knowledge these gentelman gave. I have never had better service, I was told what needed to be done and it was all completed likity split. I will highly recommend this location to all of my family and friends. Thank you

There is a car wash on site. The owner treated me to a free car wash when I showed up today to explain that there may have been a problem with the protectant coat on my last visit. Even though we werent sure, he took the high road and just gave me a free wash. Ill be back.

Friendly guys. One fellow have our dog a treat. Fast. Free car wash! Whats not to like? It cost $85 bucks for the high mileage package but...with the car wash...its all good. In and out in less than 10 minutes.
