Went for an oil change and tire rotation, they did not balance the tires properly. When we brought it back due to vibration, they took it for a drive and simply stated the hub baring probably needed replacing. They did not check the balance, Kal Tire ended up balancing it free of charge though, as they found other mechanical issues. At our original visit, we were told our brake pads needed replacing, and were quoted $230.00. It turns out that the pads, as well as the calipers AND roaters need to be replaced... otherwise the new pads would get shredded out super quick. Oh yes, the hub baring is actually lose, which Midas wouldnt know because they couldnt be bothered to actually check, he just suggested that it might be the cause. Also, when we came back, the mechanic was rather abrasive and kind of rude. I will say, they did the oil change, and alerted us to the brakes needing attention, but I will NEVER go back to them ever again, and I do not recommend their service beyond a cheap oil change. I trust nothing about their "touch", thats for sure.

Extremely poor customer service. They were really nice for the several months I went there and they wanted my money. As soon as I dropped $500 on something and it was having issues right away, they argued with me about the actual issue being valid, talked down to me, had no empathy or compassion, and refused to have any accountability. I have had other people drive my car, and taken it to another shop and everyones noticed the problem that I have. I wouldnt dare go here again. I would rather go to Ok Tire in the Southend because their customer service is consistent and they actually know how to talk to people with respect all of the time, not just when they want to sell you something.

I was here made and appointment for an e haust and an oil change but because I didnt call back for him to order the entire exhaust and the type of oil he assumed that I did not need the appointment and never called me. I showed up on time I believe it was 3 or 5 pm I cant remember but he gave it away. It was not entirely his fault other than he should have called me rather than a sum I did not need the appointment. I actually went to the great Canadian oil change instead because it had to be changed!

Problem was not solved! I came in with clunking noise while steering. Yah, sure, they diagnosed it for free. But they were wrong! The guy said it was my calipers and brakes. Paid money for nothing. Now my brakes are kinda sketchy not sure what they did. Also the clunking comes and goes. The guys said my bearings and tie rods were fine... yah, NO! Got a second opinion, turns out one of the tie rods are kinda off and my bearings were loose. Not impressed. I will never recommend Midas!

I took my car in today thinking it needed new shocks and strutts... Tyler, the manager had his mechanic check it out and they recommended replacing the front sway bars instead.. Turned out this fixed the problem and parts & labor tax in cost only $78.19... This saved me many hundreds of $$... Thanks guys.. Awesome service by professional auto repair people that put the customer first!!

I went in last Wednesday and was greeted by Jayne at the service counter. I was extremely impressed with her friendly customer service. She was very knowledgeable on all the parts I would need, and even phoned around to double check the parts were in stock. They did a great job of installing a full new exhaust on my vehicle for a very reasonable price! Thank you Mitus for great service!

Had our brakes and rotors all replaced here over a year ago. Got some squeeling happening and took the car in. They fixed the problem and at no cost as we had the brakes done here before. Amazing service. They even got us in right away as we live 100km out of town and would of had to come back another day.

Ive had multiple bad experiences at the north end location. one of the guys that works the front desk is and absolute jerk and has no people skills. I will never go back. But i will always continue to go to the south terminal ave location where there are over the top awesome

Went in for an oil change, came out with perfect new tires and an Pol change. Friendly and efficient, although the location can use an update.
