Not only were James, and the 2 Jays professional, respectful, and courteous, they always had mine and my familys safety in mind. I truly feel James went above and beyond exceptional customer service. He fully explained the work I needed to get done, future work that I will need to address with a couple of ways to go about it, and was patient and understanding throughout all of my questions. The shop was clean, especially the waiting area and bathrooms, they offered me free coffee (NOT the inexpensive kind that lacks flavour), with REAL creamo not that powdered stuff. Their knowledge, expertise and concern to ensure our trip would be a safe one; as well as the expedient manner in which I received an appt was truly appreciated. There was a previous misunderstanding with the original owner of our vehicle and the work I required done and James totally remedied the issue at HIS expense. If I could give a higher rating I WOULD!!! Definitely referring all my friends and family to see this Fountain Tire before going to any other establishment❣❣❣ Well done

My first-time experience was good; I was helped by a friendly guy at the counter who responded happily to my request to drain two litres of oil from my engine which was over-full. I wanted to add a special product to help protect the engine. The work was done as a courtesy and I was charged NOTHING! My second-time experience was very bad! Owner/manager Phillip Muise purposely deceived me by misrepresenting a tire he sold to me. I later discovered that the tire had been in storage for 12 yrs. and was very dried-out; likely unsafe for use. Phillip told me the tire was made by Kelly Springfield which was untrue. The tire was made by Star Tires in Nova Scotia. I complained to head-office about Mr. Muises dishonesty. Ultimately, my money was refunded. Nanaimo Fountain Tire may or may-not do good work but I refuse to patronize my abuser.

I have been trying to find a shop I can trust. Since I been to fountain tire Len and phill have just blown my expectations even the whole staff is amazing not only is the owner present to deal with he always makes the standards exceed perfect. They have done my brakes my exhaust manifold gasket and no job is to big or to small our truck is our baby and they have helped us get through with expertise and concern to take care of us best they can when It comes to $. Lets not forget they guarantee there work and parts all over Canada I highly recommend fountain tire thanks guys

Last August our out of town friend 4x4 vehicle needed tires. My husband had noticed Fountain Tire on Wellington that he passed almost everyday. He mentioned that that Fountain Tire was there and to give them visit. Well he was so impressed with the quick friendly knowledge staff. A few months later my husband needed tires on his truck. Len and his front counter staff searched for the best price and tires. New tires on our truck with excellent service. A few months later I needed new tires on my vehicle. They give awesome service, blown our expectations.

Oh. My. Goodness. I just had THE best experience at fountain tire. Since its snowing (and Im an average island dweller and didnt plan ahead) I needed to get winter tires in a pinch. They were so nice about it, and squeezed me in to put tires on, and at a great price too!! Lara at the front desk went above and beyond to find me what I needed. I think a place that still has amazing customer service, even on their busiest most chaotic day of the year, deserves praise! Thanks fountain tire!

My son gave me some tires and rims, which I had installed at Fountain Tire. When I took the van out for a test drive I noticed the cruise control wasn’t working? Len, Jay and Phillip went right at it, brought up electrical schematics and found the problem in 10 minutes… loose fuse. It’s reassuring to have a shop run by highly qualified professionals dead set on looking after their customers. It’s no wonder why this my go to shop for all of my automotive needs.

this company tried to recharge 140$ for a towing bill that was actually 94$,thats a 46$ overcharge .then tried to charge 130$ for a 35$ part and 130$ for a wheel alignment that is only a toe-in adjustment.this company has rip off on the menu,directed at women.dont have your car worked on here unless you dont mind paying 4 or 5 times more that what the bill should actually be

There were a few customers ahead of me when I went in but the waiting room was clean, had coffee, and comfortable chairs so it was no hardship. My patched tire holds air too so whats not to like?
