Was a breeze to rent from and final cost came in at just over half of competitors advertised price. No hidden fees or charges after returning the vehicle. Rented a cargo van and wish ERAC would notify customers that insurance must be obtained externally prior to arriving for pickup, but overall happy with rental. Had to change the review to 1 star. Seems Enterprise changed their rental policy. They no longer offer vans on a per hour basis, rather they charge a full day rate regardless of time used. They also have included their own insurance and no longer inform customers they can purchase insurance separately. Enterprises insurance is more expensive and Im just speculating that their policy leaves the customer with a large bill should anything happen. How unfortunate.

We have rented a car at Enterprise at least 4 times in different countries and were always super happy with the service which actually made me to write this review. This time we rented in Nanaimo for our trip to Tofino and I have to say the customer service was excellent. Very professional manner and nice behaving, fast check in and check out. They were also able to pick us up (drop us off as well) at the ferry terminal which saved us a plenty of time. Absolutely no issues with the car, we got what we booked. We will definitely stay with this company next time too as their prices are great.

Terrible company, reserved flat bed truck to pick up load of exotic wood worth over 10000$$ had nifty confirmation number pretty picture of my nice truck, when i went to pick up the truck, all i got was a smile blank stare, no truck, really? Turns out they never had that truck just like to mess with people?? Lost the load of wood and on top of it had to pay swampers all day doing nothing, thanks enterprise you cost me 10000$$$ when i complained i was ignored.

THE WORST ENTERPRISE IVE EVER BEEN TOO. NOTHING LIKE THE OTHER OFFICES IVE BEEN TO. I WILL NEVER RENT A CAR THROUGH THEM AGAIN. THEY PUT ME IN A POS CAR AND CALLED ME A MILLION TIMES ABOUT RETURNING IT WHEN IT WAS THROUGH MY INSURANCE COMPANY AND ALL PAID FOR. MY DEPOSIT WAS SENT TO AN OLD ADDRESS. I TOLD THEM OVER 5 TIMES TO MAKE SURE TO UPDATE MY ADDRESS FOR MY RETURN DEPOSIT. DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS OFFICE THEY ARE TERRIBLE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Went on a busy long weekend and plus our car was returned late, so it took us a long long time to get picked up at the ferry terminl and eventually getting our car. The staff were super apologetic but it was not their fault that it was a busy weekend. After waiting patiently, they gave us a free upgrade, free gas, and a discount ! Sometimes being understanding instead of freaking out on customer service people can pay off.

Went out of their way to make sure that the car was as per request . They stayed late when we were late arriving . I left library books in the car and they dropped off the books at the library for me.

Always excellent. Usually the cheapest, never have to top up fuel for return, good service, very accommodating. Ive used them 6 or 7 times, various locations, and its always smooth.
