I was unsure if my battery was the problem. I drove into the bay and they diagnosed my battery right away. They said it was weak but not dead and didnt try to up sell me.... I decided to replace it and I was out the door 10 minutes later. The next day i checked on the price and it was cheaper than the competitors. Why would you go anywhere else in my opinion.

First time in with a call ahead they put in the wrong battery....car dies $30 cab to work. Second time in with another call ahead I sit for 45 minutes and have to leave without the battery. Now they treat me like I am the problem. Not this desperate to"save" 5 bucks. I will let you know how third (and last) visit went tomorrow.

Very unreliable, ordered a battery and told it would arrive Thursday morning. Went to pick it up and was told they did not have it, and would have to reorder it. Will not recommend to anyone, and will not return

If you need batteries this is the place. Good price on high quality and super knowledgeable staff. Neither Lordco or CT had the battery I needed.
