Excellent service from friendly accommodating staff. My windshield was already in stock when I called for an appointment. The complimentary cleaning to the car interior and special attention to some white crud on the passenger’s door speaker cover. No problem for these guys. Plus there was no goop or fingerprints on my car which is a big improvement from my previous glass shop experiences. Great job !! ** With out a doubt I recommend Broco Glass Nanaimo.**

outstanding- I had a cracked windshield replaced and was very satisfied with the service. Three days later I got another rock chip that was cracking. I took my car in and they immediately did the repair at no charge. I am happy with the repair and it was a nice surprise to not have to pay for it. Thanks Brocco Nanaimo, you have my future business and recommendation

Fantastic… other than them breaking the clock, gluing it back together and not saying anything about it. Sure, they offered to pay for it when I later called them… but that’s not the point. They should have said something when I picked the car up and not tried to hide it. Not much honesty or integrity in that?

I have used Broco on multiple occasions, and they have always been amazing to deal with! Weve done glass chips, windshield replacements, custom glass panels for our deck and custom mirrors for our bathroom. The service is always great and I would highly recommend them.

Top notch customer service. Great job replacing the windshield. They even came and picked me up downtown when my car was ready. Not to mention the fact that they cleaned the interior of my car. Will go back for all my auto glass needs. Would (and do) recommend.
