I just purchased a jeep from these guys and was worried about buying here because of some of the reviews I read prior. However once I called and talked to Darren he changed my mind very quickly. I made a Appt. To go in a check out the jeep. Once there I was not pressured and they answered all my question and were up front and honest about everything. They showed me all the documentation and let let me bring in my mechanic to check it all out as well. They informed me about there 7 day return policy and how it worked and that gave me piece of mind as well. I talked with Darren, (the owner) as well and informed him of these couple negative reviews to see if he was aware of them and he informed me he was not, so I showed him. He was very surprised with some of them. Naturally he explained what happened to me on two of them and I totally understood. Neither of the two we discussed happened the way the reviews read. None the less I thought I would write this review to try to help these guys out and tell the truth about there business. I was not going to slam them because I couldnt get a car for way under value or because my wife made me take back a car that she didnt like. Like I said I found these guys to be great, honest and very professional and hope people give them a shot. I know I will defiantly purchase my next vehicle from them again and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

This is the second review I have written in my life. I am 42 years old. I saw a car that I liked on Craigslist and it was at Mission Ridge Auto Sales. I called to ask about hours of operation and got a clear answer. I went to the dealership few days later and walked into the showroom and met Chris. I asked about the car and Chris told me I am welcome to have a look at it, and unlocked the car with a remote key and let me check everything to my hearts content. I went back inside the dealership and received more information about the car while the whole time I GOT ZERO PUSHY SALES. Nothing! Just Chris talking to me like a friend and also met Darren. Both gentlemen were polite with ZERO sales pitch! I mean nothing. It was heaven to my ears after spending the previous days at multiple sleazy run car dealerships who would sound like infomercials from the second you met them and always pushing "lets deal, let me put you in this car" BS. Not at this place. While the car wasnt exactly what I wanted, everything the Craigslist add for it said appeared to be all true. I told everyone at work about my pleasant experience with this dealership Keep up the great work and thanks! Shawn.

Not a huge fan of reviews, but will make an exception in this case as its worth noting. Bought a vehicle from Mission Ridge Auto Sales found on Craigslist. Took a chance and drove out to Maple Ridge to check it out. Saw it on a Sunday, went back on Wednesday (after humming and hawing), picked it up Friday. Chris was helpful, respectful and didnt push (I dislike pushy sales people - most buyers know what they want and dont need some sales person to sell what they want to sell). That part was pretty basic as far as buying a car goes. What Chris did next is what makes this dealership stand out - he stood behind his sale by having a repair made that he could have no way of knowing it existed. Without hesitation he just said, "It needs to be fixed right." He reimbursed me for the shop repair immediately and without hesitation. Hats off to Chris and Mission Ridge Auto for standing behind what every dealer should do - "Customer satisfaction after the sale" Would recommend them to anyone looking to make their next auto purchase.

I would strongly discourage people from buying vehicles from these crooks. I had a very bad experience with them when they sold me a truck that was completely rotten, rusted to the point where it had holes in the frame and the whole part of the strut tower came off. It was not even legal to be on the road. And yet they were selling as a good solid truck. Also, another thing, when they sold it to me I was under the impression from their words that if I didnt like the vehicle I could return it. Well, after I found out about the condition of the "good and solid" truck that they sold me I called them and to my surprise I learned I couldnt return it but only exchange it for something else from their inventory. This is how they sell their vehicles to the unsuspecting poor schmucks like me. These crooks truly justify the meaning of the expression "used car salesman ". Stay away from them.

I was looking to buy a specific vehicle and had already been to multiple dealerships and knew exactly what the car was worth. I made them an offer I believed to be fair and they just laughed it off didnt even bother to negotiate. Mind you I gave an even lower offer that another dealership was willing to accept for the same vehicle with less km (different color). Told me they were willing to let the car sit there for a year to sell. Not being flexible with the price and I wasnt even allowed to TEST DRIVE the car without buying it? No thanks, ill take my business elsewhere these guys just seem to want to squeeze the dollars out of you.

This is the first dealership Ive been to where I didnt feel pressure to buy. The person on staff that day seemed to genuinely have my best interests in mind. It made for a relaxed atmosphere and a comfortable buying experience. Buying a car is stressful enough and all you can hope for is a decent deal and some honesty and integrity in the people you are dealing with . i found both at Mission Ridge. I drove off with Hyundai Tucson that low mileage for what I think is a smoking good deal. Highly recommended and worth the drive to Mission.

I get that Im young, but you dont have to insult me when I came in to inquire about a vehicle I believed I wanted. Told me that they arent in the business to make money, just to sell cars. Whats up with the financing options on your website then? Suggested I go to the "bank of mom." And didnt take my trade in offer seriously. And why call yourself Mission Ridge when youre out in Maple Ridge?
