We have been utilizing Meadowridge Collision for over 25 years now and have always found them to be professional, honest, friendly, experienced and helpful. Recently we had a break-in to our vehicle just prior to trading it in on a truck. Meadowridge Collision - despite how busy they were - managed to fit us in so the vehicle was repaired in less than a week and a day before the trade-in date. Exceptional service and you could not tell in any way that the door lock & alarm system had been badly broken. We continue to take our business there despite living further away and we can recommend them unreservedly.

Tony & his Staff deserve more then 5 STARS! Ive been dealing with the Boss since 1985. Lost track of how many customers Ive recommended. NO complaints my only complaint hes never there when I go in for a chinwag. I dropped off my car today for some work picked it up 2 hrs later. Where is Tony? You told me hed be back when I pick it up. Lots of laughs with Pat, Taylor & John. Pat this F 150 was before your time. A drunk ran a red light, I rolled his step van. He survived & wasnt charged because the officer was going off duty! ooo:)im

I just needed a mirror replaced. After calling a body shop where the are Craftsmen I was told Id need to book an appointment for the estimate & earliest they could see me was 4 weeks away?! I then call Meadowridge & they just told me to drop by at my convenience. I went by the same afternoon, they ordered the part & then 3 days later called me to let me know the part was there and that they could install it while I waited! Awesome customer service and very friendly, obliging staff!!

Excellent customer service! We needed a bumper on our vehicle replaced. Upon pickup, the vehicle had received an exterior wash and was cleaner on the inside than when we dropped it off. The bumper was as good as new. There was no red tape for this insurance repair. Staff is efficient, professional and friendly - they express an appreciation for the customer. Our vehicle repairs were never this smooth with the old company we dealt with. Glad we switched!

I had them pull out a dent and paint it as an ICBC claim. They did a nice job matching the paint. The rest of the work was terrible. When I picked it up it was covered in bondo dust inside and out. I guess they had left the windows open while sanding it and cars around it. The side of the truck they painted had over spray all down the side. Plus the job took much longer then they first quoted.

Took in both our cars for repairs, they were very accommodating during their busiest time, they did an excellent job on both cars and we even got refunded about $300 because they got the parts cheaper than they quoted! We highly recommend them for their workmanship, honesty and great customer service!
