My first experience with Kal Tire in Maple Ridge was unsatisfactory. The work is fine. The customer service is inconsistent. It depends on who you are talking to the answer you get for the same question. One customer service rep in particular seems to give unreliable information. He told me "Wheel alignment doesnt change." After over 50 years of driving a car, I know just how ridiculous that statement is. I had four new tires put on my car, and was told I would receive a 20% discount on the wheel alignment (after I convinced them I needed one). The invoice shows no discount. I was told after the new tires were put on that I was to return to have them re-torqued and that it would take 5 minutes to do that. I sat outside in my car in the cold waiting for the rep to come and re-torque the tires, and then left. One rep told me that not having the caster and camber adjusted would cause wear on my tires (after the alignment was done) The other rep told me that as long as the car was driving straight, I didnt need the caster and camber adjusted. Check out customer satisfaction with each your customer reps. Someone doesnt know what he is talking about, and he is disrespectful even though he smiles. Im going back to Fountain Tire. I tried Kal Tire out on a whim, not because I was unhappy with the service and work they did on my car.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! My PREGNANT wife walked in the front door with a concern over her tire that keeps going flat, which we thought was fixed the LAST time we brought our vehicle in to be repaired. (@ Kal Tire under a month ago)... Buddy at the front desk (tall lanky pipsquak, who couldnt be mistaken) instead of helping a 7 month pregnant woman, (who obviously doesnt need tire problems at this stage of the game) curtious help, decided to give her nothing but attitude, completely intimidating her about the situation and how theres NOTHING we can do for you. (Unfortunately, I wasnt there at the time to address this situation.) However, if I can do anything to for warn individuals about taking your tire care needs to a KAL TIRE - MAPLE RIDGE, I will. Resolution FOUNTAIN TIRE; Apparently KAL TIRE, when they fixed the tire before, they completed hacked the rim off and savagely put it back on with hardly any seal. (Cause of the Flat tires) In addition to the Flat Tire, now, our Tire pressure sensor is no longer worker. WAY TO GO KAL TIRE.... So if your female and would like to get a less than satisfactory repair to your tire done, while being bullied. Make your way down to KAL TIRE - MAPLE RIDGE "Where we do hack work and when you bring it back we tell you, theres nothing we can do for you" YOUR SWEET!!

As a former employee (many, many years ago), the current standard at Kal tire is quite disappointing. I had a good relationship with the past manager at this branch, he ran a great shop. Unfortunately, he is no longer at this location. After having my truck at their shop for an alignment, my truck developed a hard bang and steering issues. Returning to get it repaired, I was told the bolts where lose on the control arm …which, Kal Tire was the last to work on. The service person told me I must of hit a “curb hard…or something”, since I’m a ticketed auto tech, I told him that was not the case…short story…the counter person refused to work on my truck and asked me not to return. Tom Foord wouldn’t have wanted any of his customers to be treated this way.

Today my wife had a screw puncture the rear right tire on her Mini Cooper. I had never gone to any tire shop, Googled the nearest one, phoned this Kal Tire. The lady offered to either leave the car today at their location and they would take care of it before 6pm, or an appointment tomorrow at 9:30am. With me not having bought any tire from them in the past, I was quoted $20-$30 for the repair. I drove it there today. About 1 hr later it was done, much faster than what I expected. And the sales person made it at no charge as a gesture to thank me for waiting on site! Great service, nice people. Ill definitely go there next time I need anything about tires!

My wife and I recently visited Maple Ridge and when we arrived, I immediately noticed my tire going flat. We went looking for a repair shop as it was just after 5pm and we knew most places would be closing soon. We saw a welcome sight in the Kal tire sign, and met Adam Walker the manager. He immediately welcomed us and took care of us with the help of his able companion Jacob. Within 30 minutes we were gone with our flat repaired and all Adam took in payment was a hearty handshake and big smile. I know that all the goodwill that Adam and Jacob created will compel me to return when I need new tires. Thank you kind gentlemen, I will be back.

Ive been going to the Maple Ridge location for years. I want to thank the guys at Kal Tire for always helping me out. I would recommend them to anyone. They are honest and as a woman I appreciate them telling me whats wrong, explaining how things work and showing me with picture/ video. Super helpful to me to have a better understanding of my vehicle and making sure my vehicle is safe. I dont know much about cars but I leave their knowing more than I used to. I appreciate their hard work and outstanding service. Keep up the good work. Life time customer.

Maple Ridge Kal Tire staff are professional , kind and friendly. I am a Delivery Agent and I use my own vehicle to get all mail and parcels out. No matter what kind of weather conditions , Dave Lane and Barry were able to find me the best all weather tire on a budget and as a woman I wasnt up-sold a bunch of stuff I didnt need. You guys are awesome I recommend this store to anyone. I will be going back to get my breaks done , Keep up the good work with the little thing you guys do. Cheers

These guys are awesome. Their prices cannot be beat by anyone, and with the free rotations and flat repairs you get when you by your tires from Kal you cant go wrong. This shop has excellent service. I went in to get my two front tires replaced on my large 3/4 ton GM and they were done in less then 30 minutes. I am very happy with he quality of the product and the many different options of tires and rims to choose from. Overall A+ 5 stars!

I had a problem with my tires not being there when they said they were, this caused me to have a delay and interfered with my shift at work. I was upset but they went out of their rway to make it up to me and even followed up after they made it up to me. Mistakes happen, its how you correct those mistakes that show the level of service that your business is trying to achieve. In the end they were five stars.

I got an estimate from Kal Tire, which bet out the one i got from Canadian Tire. Kal Tire ordered the rims in as they didnt have them on hand. I chose an appointment for the following Saturday. My car was taken in on time and was ready for me when they said it would be. The front staff were very pleasant to deal with. All said and done I will go back to Kal Tire the next time I need tires. Thanks
