These guys are genuinely good people who know how to please customers - I cant say enough good stuff about them. I had my car fixed up from a car accident in April 2015 and they did a great job then, but I was even more impressed by their service and generosity when I popped in last week. I showed up without an appointment, asking if they could track down some used headlights for my Acura Integra as mine became insanely foggy after years of commuting, and I could NOT get them clear again - buying brand new would have cost me about $300 - $400 through a parts shop, so I hoped they could find me some cheaper used ones. Instead of just taking my money and ordering some headlights, they looked at what I had, and offered to try and polish my headlights - I didnt think they could be fixed, but said what the heck, give it a shot. The front receptionist offered me coffee/tea, and a magazine, and I waited till they called me back out. After about 10-15 minutes, I was flabbergasted. They got my headlights shined up and looking brand spankin new, and even washed my car for me, at NO charge. They saved me from having to buy new headlights when I thought mine were a lost cause, and even washed my freakin car for me! These guys have a customer for life right here. Absolutely amazing service, super friendly people, and they do great work.

Unfortunately, I needed a body shop recently. Fortunately, I took my car to Craftsman Collision in Maple Ridge. From start to finish, they kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on. When I picked it up, there were a couple of small issues, but they assured me they would take care of me when I had half an hour to spare. I came back the next morning, and they got me in right away, fixed the problems within 30 minutes, and I was on my way. I expect issues to arise sometimes, and the way a company handles them speaks volumes. I felt like my business was truly appreciated, and I would recommend Craftsman in a heartbeat. Thank you Mark and Miguel for everything you did to assure I was happy!

Man the people there was very polite and easy to talk and give an amazing respect to the customer, icbc send my car there for a repair and they did an amazing job, also they called me to ask if I need a courtesy car, the car was done very fast, believe it or not I ended up getting my car delivered at my place , not to many shops do this. Thanks to Miguel for making such a thing for me, and big things to all the stuff there , you guys rock

I had a great experience taking my truck to Craftsman in Maple Ridge for repairs from a collision. They are an ICBC valet shop so getting a courtesy car is no problem. The repairs done were fantastic and I would recommend this shop.
