WORST LIMO SERVICE! I booked this limo for my 27th birthday, we ordered the SUV that we were told fit 14 but only fit 12, we had 13 so one person had to sit on the floor. The limo was late because they didnt have my correct phone number, I had to call and ask where they were. The limo was so disgusting, it was all carpet brown leather old seats and the window between the driver and us DID NOT WORK! so we had the sun in our eyes the entire drive there, I called the owner as we were in the limo and asked what the hell he sent us? he told me that he gave me a deal, I said no a deal would have been with a nice limo and one that gave us our privacy and not have the sun in our eyes the entire drive there and asked why he didnt let me know this?! he was so rude he told me he didnt believe the sun was that bad I was shocked, I took pictures! he also told me to tell the driver to pull over and we could get out, like thats some great customer service right? just leave 13 people who have reservations in Vancouver stranded for a birthday. Shocking. The "stereo" was horrible, so fuzzy and just so bad!!, the limo had no lights inside except for the little strobe light he had connected in the back with wires all over the place. IT WAS HORRIBLE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I will let everyone know, and I will continue spreading the word!

I was driving home from work this afternoon around 345 and pulled up behind one of your drivers. He/she was either texting or drunk because driving between the lines seemed to be a hard task for them. I hope they smarten up before grabbing passengers.
