My girlfriend just sat in the shop for over 2 hours waiting for them to swap her new summer tires onto her *EXPENSIVE* summer rims. Once finished she took her car straight to the carwash. While washing her rims by hand she noticed a large chunk had been taken out of one of her rims. Absolutely pathetic effort from the shop and their staff. Highly wouldnt recommend their services. **EDIT** Turns out they did damage to all 4 of her rims.

Absolutely great experience with this company. Ive used many other mechanics in the past and Garth, Scott, and Cory provide the best results and customer service. Recently I had a recurring problem with my rotors...Scott was great in persisting until he could find a solution to fix the problem.

Whoever answered the phone this morning lost my business instantly. Kinda rude and very unhelpful, wouldnt even look up the cost of a simple belt. If you are going to be charging $115/hr you should probably have someone better suited to customer service answering your phone...
