The Customer Service at VISIONS LANGLEY is ABSOLUTELY Awful, and they have lost my trust and business forever!! I called to book an appointment to fix my car deck. They told me I needed to pay $100 for an hour appointment to diagnose the issue. I did. Then, they said they could not take the $100 off a credit card over the phone, only at the store. So I went into the store. On the day of the appointment, my 6 yr old came down with the flu, so I arrived 15 minutes late, with my sick son in tow. The sales girl ignored me for 10 minutes, then finally rudely- acknowledged me. Then she spent 15 minutes physically walking back and forth to tell the technician I was there. AS far as I was concerned- 1) I still had 30 minutes left on the hour that I prepaid.. all I was thinking was, this is an electronics store, and they could invest in an "electronic system" for more efficient communication between their team members. Anyways, after waiting 1.5 hours, the technician gave me a piece of paper where he scribbled I need a new amp and a new car deck installed on a second appointment. As I was leaving another sales guy said he would sell me an after market amp for $300 rather than the going price of $600. I was so annoyed, I took my vehicle to my car dealer, and found out that my car make/ model- DOES NOT Come with an amp. Then I booked my car in with another audio installer, and they fixed my issue in 40 minutes!! The competition confirmed 1) my old deck still works, and I did not need a new deck, 2) I did not need an amp to play the deck, and 3) the problem was old corroded speakers that failed to play the music coming from my deck. After their 10 minute diagnosis while I stood there, I realized... VISIONS Langley AUDIO Department was so out to lunch, and inexperienced. I also felt ripped off after that $100 visit with a false, misleading diagnosis!!! They are not ever getting another penny of my electronics business... and I need to furnish the rest of my new home top to bottom with electronics yet!!! Came to buy Brother printer, paper and printer cable. Young sales person was kind but his product knowledge was absolute disaster. He also intended to charge full price instead of On Line advertised price.... I agree to buy a printer and I asked to add printer cable. He had no clue what I was talking about and said that all cables are in the box. I pointed on the box where all items were listed and there were No printer cable listed. Than he said that Im welcome to return it if its not there!? That was it, I asked him to open the box and show me the included cable. He turned around and asked his "manager" who instantly confirmed that its all in without even making eye contact with me. He was busy flirting with a customer service rep behind the counter. I lost it and open the box myself...Cable Was not Included. Poor sales guy he was searching and searching and finally admitted that cable is not included. In the meantime I searched the item at Visions app and showed it to him and his manager (who finally decided to join us in the discussion). I asked manager How long he was working here (being sarcastic and referring to his product knowledge and lack of customer relations skills) and he just rolled his eyes and did not say anything... After few minutes he said that cable is not in stock but Im very welcome to go to Surrey location (20 km away) to buy it. I crossed the street and purchased my printer, cable, paper and extra drum at competitive computer store. Dont waste time at Visions...Buy anywhere else. Bojan

The customer service there is awful. I called in advance to see if they had the item I was purchasing which they insured me they had in stock. When I got there the next morning they didnt have any but the floor model. The first employee asked told me I could buy the floor model and then the second one turned around and told me it wouldnt be possible and that all visions in the greater vancouver area were also out. After we decided to go with a different model for twice the price we were checked out by a girl with an, to be polite, indifferent attitude. She made it clear she didnt want to print out a gift reciept and asked if I really needed it for my GIFT I was purchasing. Then we were given a box that had already been open with pieces missing. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR BOXES BEFORE YOU LEAVE THERE! We came back inside to exchange it for a new one and we got the same "pleasant" young lady again who had even more of an attitude than before. I will never go there again and I would like everyone to know they probably shouldnt go there either seeing as there are more than enough places to find better priced electronics without the hassle dealing with the employees, (funny, right? Youd think itd be the other way around!) and to ensure youll get a product in stock that hasnt been opened and resold with missing pieces!! Because based on previous experience I wouldnt be surprised if they wouldnt let you return the item if you didnt discover it immediately as they dont really seem to care what the customer thinks.

They only get one star because I am not able to give 0. I purchase a product on a Wednesday that was to be delivered on the following Monday... it didnt arrive... no call. So I call in Tuesday and ask whats up and was told there was a delay and it would be in Thursday. Thursday and well ... no call .... no product. So I phone and speak to the manager and he checks the delivery schedule and assures me that it will be in the following Tuesday. So I wait.... I am now at two weeks and have fully paid for a product they cant seem to deliver. Tuesday comes and goes and well no product. At this point I go out of town for two weeks and when I return they have not called once (confirmed by wife and caller ID) and the product is not even in store. They once again tell me that it will be in next week... so I lose it a little bit and give them the option of refunding me or upgrading me to a more expensive product for free ... they say they will call me back. Five minutes later I receive a call they have located the product at another location and I can pick it up there if I want..... so one month to the day prepaid and never received my product .... now I have to drive to another location to get my product. I am calling head office in the morning. Never ... ever .... ever will I darker this locations door step. Worst service I have ever received ... ever.

I usually dont write reviews but my experience with this company is terrible and unethical. Take your business elsewhere Buyer Beware. I purchased an air con unit which was defective and called to enquire about exchanging it for a new one after only 9 days but they refused. They told me that they would not accept the return or exchange and that I had to call the manufacture to deal with it. They gave me some excuse and the manager told me its written on the receipt- "no returns or exchanges". BUT as you can see from the photo the receipt says Im entitled to exchange the unit (which is what I was trying to do). Also they literally had a sign on the units saying that customer could bring back for exchange within 14 days. Anyways the store wont honor their own return policy and Im out $500. My advice is if you are going spend that kind of money on electronics then go somewhere that you can actually return the items like Costco or Best Buy right down the road. This company only cares about profits not their customers.
