A week prior to stopping in at the Aldergrove Save-A-Lot location I had my car stolen. Being a full-time student, holding down a full-time job and having this happen during the week leading up to final exams I was not in a great situation. Being a single female looking for an affordable and reliable vehicle on a used car lot in this desperate situation made me a bit hesitant. Upon my visit to Save-A-Lot I was blown away by the service, the kindness and the trustworthy sales approach. Not only was I welcomed with open arms by their team and owner, but I felt completely taken care of. I ended up purchasing a 2001 Rav 4 and couldnt be happier with it. They not only found me exactly the vehicle I was looking for but also provided me with a courtesy car until my Rav was ready to leave the lot (it had a rip in one of the seats that took a few days to repair). I had fun car shopping here, the atmosphere and people create a welcoming trustworthy environment. I have told all of my friends and family about this location and will continue to give credit where credit is due. Thank you for everything.

We bought a BMW Suv from this dealership. Shortly after we bought it, it began experiencing a mechanical issue. We live on Vancouver Island and expected the worst. But the dealership could not have handled it more admirably. Jesse (sales) and Tom (owner) stood by their product and even let me take it to my own mechanic in Victoria (a reputable BMW mechanic). They provided a company credit card to get it fixed, no questions asked. To find a dealership with this type of service, support, and honesty in Vancouver is amazing. I will be buying more vehicles from them and would recommend them to anyone.

was told to call Tom back after a weekend then he didnt return my call on a deal we were working on,not happy with business people that dont show you any respect when dealing with them... otherwise they would of got lots of my money with the car wash..

Great prices and amazing work, id recommend this place to anyone. The car lot has fantastic customer service with smiling faces everyday, the salesman are knowledgeable and not pushy. Fantastic business!
