Applied for financing after looking at their ad about specializing on bad credits car loans which boasting for EXPRESS approvals, I was responded by a finance staff named Jay. After submitting so many documents I was told to wait in a few days for their bank to answer. 5 days passed and its friday I texted him, he said they are busy and will answer by monday. 10 days have passed again ,i texted him again he RUDELY replied that my application was declined so i said fine but i did not appreciate how I was left unanswered. He got extremely upset somehow and started to insult me with the collections on my credit history followed by swearing as well threats (read screenshot images of the conversations below). This person is very unprofessional and treats others with disrespect, I have no idea how this place hired this guy because clearly he is just a young inexperience worker who likes throwing tantrums but have no idea how to deal with customers. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

I just recently purchased my second car from the Langley lot. Top notch service, absolutely no pressure and they treated me great. Best of all they gave me a great deal on my new car. Highly recommend!! I did look into the other reviews and found the negative ones to be friends of each other, even to the fact that they say they are friends and have only left negative reviews, no positive stuff ever. I took them with a grain of salt and believe this dealership is really a notch above.

Weve bought two vehicles from Kenny at SK AUTOMARKET in the last year and we couldnt be happier. The customer service is top notch and their honesty and knowledge about each and every vehicle we considered is impressive and helped us immensely to make the correct choice for our family. I didnt think honesty could be used in the same sentence with used car dealer...but I stand corrected lol! Thank you SK AUTOMARKET for taking the stress out of buying a used car.

I had a great trade-in and purchase experience at SK auto market! Karl and Piara with were friendly, helpful, and professional- no pressure. Full disclosure of the history of the vehicles I was interested in, along with the inspection reports. They offered me great value on my trade and a good deal on the new vehicle - which was in great shape!! Very friendly and helpful!! Really professional and takes the worry out of buying a used car. They have all their vehicles inspected and fixed before selling them. Also they are not pushy and we didnt feel any pressure. It was a really great experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone!
