absolutely terrible customer service. I had brought my 2007 sprinter van with a pcm fault. We had supplied a new pcm from dodge to be programmed to the van. When i got the van back i tried driving it back to my shop, i barely got 2km before i noticed a significant issue. An issue i did not have prior. I had the van brought back to the shop and was told it was a different problem regarding the check engine light. I did not want to pay for their services so i had the van towed back to me and i fixed all the issues regarding the check engine light. the problem continued. I had told him it was a problem with the program i was assured it was not as it was a single file provided by Mercedes. After a week of taking things apart, cleaning and replacing gaskets that seemed fine still with the same issue. i finally gave up and put the old pcm in and all the problems were fixed.. When bringing this up i was told again it was not their fault as it was not their file. I have now spent hundreds of dollars and hours of my companies time plus all the tow fees. extremely dissipated in how i was treated and the lack of care by the company. i would not recommend to anyone.

I called for a rough estimate for a part and test over the phone and the guy who answered kept bashing my mechanic who has been a busy mechanic owing his own honest and successful business for over thirty years he didnt have the appropriate equipment to do what my vehicle needed and all I asked was what was it going to cost to get a particular diagnostic piece tested and put in and no matter what I asked the guy he would not give me the cost even though I gave him the make and model of vehicle and explained I just wanted to have a rough price so I could budget. The man on the phone acted like everyone else who was giving me advice about my vehicle had no clue what they were talking about and was acting extremely unprofessional and Arrogant. I will not waste my time at this place as they obviously have some serious mental issues Wish I could only give this place half a star for the fact that they answered their phone.

I took my Nissan truck to them today expecting it needed the timing chain and guides replaced because of some noise coming from the engine bay, especially considering that some of Nissans engines are known to have a problem with the chain guides. After their specialists thoroughly diagnosed the engine and checked everything else, they determined that there was absolutely no problem with the timing chain system. The noise was coming from a worn serpentine belt, a leaking exhaust gasket, and a hole in the weld another shop had done on the same exhaust while replacing a catalytic converter. The engine makes no unusual noise now. I would most certainly recommend this shop to anyone. They pride themselves in fixing only what needs to be fixed and they sure proved that to me because they could have easily billed me for changing the timing chain for no reason. Scott and Lawrence are top notch in my books!

My Chevy Colorado only goes to Precision for the repairs I cant do myself at home. The prices arent the lowest to be sure, but the service and other unseen extras make it a good investment in the continued usage of the only vehicle for the household. They work in a timely manner. I made the mistake of taking it to the local GM dealership for service before and after a long delay then paying more for far less I can say, with confidence, that the crew at Precision actually care about what they do for you. They are willing to talk with you and explore the options to tailor the services to help meet your needs. I have had to resort to "budget" constraints and they made sure that I got the best possible results for me. Their honesty and integrity will keep me coming back. Thats worth a little bit more.

I have been taking our family cars to Precision the past 2 years. I also have 3 daughters that take their cars to Precision as well. We all feel the same way - Finally a car repair service that you can trust!! They are very professional and ensure that your car will get the required service that is needed. There is no "over sale" - or work that does not need to be done. Their prices are very fair and competitive and the warranty with their work is great. Lawrence is an excellent person to work with and will ensure the very best care for your car(s). I have had nothing but the utmost respect for Scott and Lawrence and their team at Precision and would highly recommend their company and service to all.

When my 2004 Mazda 3 began to show signs of a failing transmission, I wanted to take it to a Automotive Service Centre I could trust. Since I used to work in the neighborhood I remembered Precision and I always thought they were a very professional business. I took my car to them and they confirmed my suspicions about the transmission. They presented the facts in a very professional and easy to read and understand report, and also some other things they noticed. Their pricing was reasonable and they gave me professional and courteous shuttle service to and from my home while the car was with them. I highly recommend them to anyone with an automotive need.

I have been taking my car to Precision Auto since I bought in 2008. I have 254,000 kms on it and it runs like new thanks to Precision. I have had all of my maintenance done there and its like your doctor for your car. They are professional and friendly and most of all very knowledgeable about servicing our vehicles. Recently I had a flat tire (on halloween) and they sent a tow truck there to have them put the spare tire on for me so I could drive it home and have it fixed the next day. Thanks to their roadside assistance program it never cost me a dime. Always a good experience. Thanks Scott, Jackie, Lawrence and the rest of the guys for a job well done.

Place is a joke I just called and asked for a quote was told they dont do quotes on customer owned parts or Install them. My dads company gets a good deal 40% off on Auto parts for his company vehicles, Why should I pay somebody 80% more money on parts. They will charge you an extra 40% on the parts that they already get a 30% discount from Lordco Or Napa, Terrible customer service. Dont get here clearly there just in it for the money and not the customer or there vehicle, Name brands a name brand if the part breaks I expect a warranty from the parts company not a mechanic who installed the thing!.. DONT BOTHER GOING HERE !!!

They have very poor diagnostic skills and dont honor their quotes. I was told all my fuel injectors needed to be replaced at $500 each x 5. When I brought it in for repair they then told me they were $900 each x 5. I dint get them to make the repair. Brought my vehical to another shop all that was wrong was a sensor that cost me $200 to replace. They also told me that I was leaking oil due to a faulty vacuum pump. Wichita cost $500 to replace. The shop I brought it to used a $2 o ring and charged me $85 to install. Van has no leaks now and runs perfect. Do not use this shop they are trying to rip you off.
