Bought my vehicle 10 months ago and I have took it in already 10 times. Left the service manager Pamela, two messages didnt hear back from her, left a message for her to call with Gene no call back, left a message over the weekend no response back. I did email her on the weekend and got a response back on Tuesday morning. She gave me a story which didnt even make sense and told me she checks her messages at certain times during the day, daily. If that was the case, she would have reached out by the end of the business day. They are selling a luxury product but provide a Walmart service, not to say Walmarts service is better. I keep going in and the dealership wont set up to say they sold me a lemon and I get stuck with an invoice that I shouldnt be even responsible for. If it wasnt for Alrick from sales and Gene from service I would have reported the dealership earlier. The dealer and Pamela can deal the vehicle sales authority op directly. Very unprofessional and sloppy!!!!

When you get passed the beautiful sales experience, the integrity of this dealership quickly begins to fade. Whatever you do, do not finance a vehicle from this firm unless youre prepared to spend an entire month contacting a call centre in the USA daily trying to buyout the loan on your vehicle. Their local business managers will put any of your requests on the back burner unless it involves expediting a new sale, in all likelihood you will not get a response whatsoever (I know I didnt, not even from the official BMW feedback survey I sent in). They lost my buyout cheque in the mail after two weeks and multiple private buyers lost interest due to sluggish admin process. TL;DR - Once they have your money youre worthless, and it shows. Save yourself some trouble, go to Brian Jessel for your BMW. Sorry to Kris Ong who is a great sales guy and deserves better support than he gets from this dealership.
