We walked into On-Line Collision after inquiring about an estimate over the phone without leaving a return number and expected to be turned away. Instead, Rolly took us outside and accepted our request on the spot. Our belief in On-Lines reliability and excellence was only compounded by the speed of his quoted date and subsequent follow-up. In a business so often complicated by delays, Rolly and crew were not only expedient, they were efficient, consistent, and returned the car in excellent condition. Wed expected to be out of a car till the end of April. We got it back within a week. Thanks very much to Rolly and On-Line for not just the speedy and excellent repairs they made to my car, but also the eagerness and willingness to take on the task and help us figure out our complex insurance policy. Simply put, On-Line is excellent.

I recently had my car fixed at Online after an upsetting accident. While it is never fun to have to deal with these matters, my experience with this company made it so much easier. From the initial phone call to the office, I felt comfortable and like I was in good hands. I was assured right away that everything would be taken care of, given a lovely courtesy car to use for the duration of the repair on my vehicle, and Rolly was wonderful at giving me updates along the way. My vehicle looks great, as if nothing had ever happened, and the staff even went so far as to detail the interior for me, and follow up the next day on how everything was running. In a world where great customer service is key and rarely found, this experience was very refreshing!

They communicated what was happening, when it was happening, and did everything they said theyd do when they said theyd do it. My new go to for collision repair in the Lower Mainland. Phenomenal quality work, clean courtesy car provided in minutes,having said that I had to wait 3 weeks for my vehicle which was major pain in the neck, but they had to order original parts for my Subaru, not off market made in China low quality stuff.As I said the quality of work was near perfect,no short cuts, all done by the book. I waited a couple of weeks with the review, just in case and now 5 plus mark is fair,will recommend this shop highly.

I was VERY pleased with the work that On Line Collision did on my truck. They completed the work and had my truck back to me on the day they said it would be finished. Since I have Road Star through ICBC they took care of arranging a courtesy vehicle for me that was at their shop when I brought my truck in for repairs. Everyone I dealt with was fantastic. If I ever have to have another vehicle repaired I will go to On Line Collision again.

Rolly literally gave me one of the best customer experiences that I can remember. Brought my car in and it was a write off. Provided a great courtesy car. Helped me fix a lock for free of charge besides parts, did it himself on his off day at the shop. Can tell they do great work here.
